I was racially insulted by another customer whilst the employees looked .

They had a great niche as an American BBQ place, only to change over to yet another Japanese restaurant.  It completely shrugged at the many foreigners and some locals who enjoyed the place for its original concept.   I spent a lot of time and money there, but definitely won't anymore.  There are already plenty of good Japanese restaurants to choose from.

The bun for the hamburguers is frozen bun, so when they serve the hamburgue, it will fall apart in small pieces, especially the top part. Definitely, it is not a 120rmb quality hamburguer. That happened to 8 people last Monday.

Wine is normal and food is really bad.

The standard of service slipped and slipped and slipped, serving out of order, missing orders week after week,  double booking the same group and unintentionally denying the group to sit....

Food standard slipped, service levels slipped. New theme now but same management therefore...

The reason I refuse to return is that they never ever apologized.
