After seeing the article, firstly, we are very happy that there are some friends who care about advertising operation of Hangzhou Metro and come up with questions and suggestions. Next, we want to indicate the efforts that we have done for metro operation safety through this account.

看了文章后，首先，我们很高兴有这样的友人为杭州地铁广告运营的安全着想，提出疑问与建议。其次，我们希望借贵号向广大关心杭州地铁的朋友说明一下我们在地铁安全运营方面所做的努力。

Zhejiang FineSun Media Corporation is the exclusive advertising agent of Hangzhou Metro Line One. We have been operating  since November, 2016. All advertising materials we usehave passed the examinations of National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Building Engineering,  and National Test Center of Polymer and Chemical Building Materials. All materials are non-toxic and fireproof. They will not bring potential hazard to metro operation. We want every citizen who cares about Hangzhou metro to be assured of it.

我们浙江风盛传媒股份有限公司是杭州地铁1号线的广告独家经营商，从2016年11月份开始安全经营至今。我们在地铁广告中所使用的制作材料均是通过国家建筑工程质量监督检验中心、国家化学建筑材料测试中心严格检测的，全部都是无毒、防火，不会给地铁运营带来隐患的安全材料。我们希望所有关心杭州地铁的市民对此放心。

As to some questions about safety, like electronic sparks caused by circuit defect and passengers who violate the rules and smoke in the compartment which were referred in the article,we hereby to explain as  below. Hangzhou Metro limited liability company has strict rules of smoking ban and security inspection of trains. There will be safety officers making inspection tours during the operation of trains. And all operating trains are required to return to the warehouse for security checks every day. Besides, smoke detectors are installed in many places of Hangzhou metro stations , like platforms, station halls and compartments. Once receiving the fire alarm, the controlling center will gives orders to all related systems, including Ventilation equipment, fire pumps, elevators and lighting. The whole process takes only 3 seconds.

针对文章中提到的比如车厢电路缺陷导致的电火花、违规在车厢内吸烟的乘客这样一些安全问题，杭州市地铁集团有限责任公司有严格的禁烟规定和列车安全检查制度，在列车运营的过程中会有安全员在车厢中不断地巡视，同时要求所有在线运营车辆每天必须回库进行安全检查。另外，杭州地铁在站台、站厅、车厢等许多地方装有感烟探测器，一旦捕捉到火灾信号，控制中心从得到信息到发出指令，命令各个相关系统（包括通风设备、消防水泵、电梯、照明等）开始工作，整个过程只要3秒。

We want every friend who care about the safety of Hangzhou metro to believe that the safety of metro operation has always been our important task and the goal. We know very well that the safety of metro is not a trifling matter and using unqualified materials will have serious consequences. We will certainly do the metro operations with high standards.
