Tips for returning to work No.1

所有外地返回人员，要按要求做好居家隔离观察14天，如果出现发热，干咳，气短等症状要佩戴口罩及时去附近发热门诊就医，不要乘坐公共交通。旅途中注意全程佩戴一次性医用口罩，保持手卫生，尽量选择直飞航线，减少中转风险。

All people returning from other places,need to cooperate in the personal information screening and quarantine at home for 14 days as required. In case of symptoms of fever,cough,and breathing difficulties, please go to fever clinc nearby immediately with facemask on and do not use the public transport.Pay attention to wearing disposable medical masks throughout the journey,keep hands clean, try to choose direct flight routes, to reduce transit risks.

Tips for returning to work No.2

针对施工项目，建立防控方案，对外籍员工统一防护标准，制定疫情应对流程是做好复工复产的前提；设立返岗人员隔离观察区，做好人员登记。项目内部要每日做好清洁消毒消杀工作，人员体温检测，症状筛查。

For construction sites，epidemic emergency plan and management procedure is required as the precondition for work resumption，and the protection standard for foreign employees is  unified.People returning from outside shall be kept in quarantine with detailed information registered. Outside visitors shall be tested with thermometers and kept in distance from project staff. Disinfection and body temperature monitoring need to be conducted on daily basis for staff. 

如何正确佩戴口罩

How to wear mask correctly?

在进入人员密集的地方或密闭场所需要

佩戴口罩。

When you are entering into densely populated or confined space,you need to wear a mask.

公众建议佩戴一次性口罩，棉纱口罩对预防病毒

感染并无保护作用。

Disposal mask is recommended to the public，while the cotton mask can not protect you from virus infection.

佩戴一次性医用口罩时，深色面具有防水功能，

朝外；浅色面具有吸水功能，朝内。

When wearing disposal mask，the dark-colored side shall be facing outside with water proof function, while light-colored side shall be facing inside with moisture absorption function.

我们佩戴口罩时要注意鼻夹朝上，将口罩展开，

鼻夹夹紧，使口罩与自己的面部完全贴合，完全

保护好口鼻。

We need to wear the mask with the nose clip upside,unfold the whole mask,tight the nose clip to fit our face completely,thus our nose and mouth are protected well.

摘口罩时，不要用手去触碰污染面，直接摘下

耳带即可。

To remove the mask，do not use your hand to touch the contaminated side, only take off the ear ends from ears with your hands.

鉴于现口罩属于医疗紧缺物资，我们可以在口罩

内侧放几张棉纱布，当使用完口罩丢掉棉纱布即

可，口罩还可以继续使用，这样可以有效延长一

次性口罩的使用次数。

Considering such medical supplies as masks are in shortage, substitution of cotton yarn inside mask is recommended,thus you can extend the cycle use of your mask with disposal of used cotton yarn instead of masks.

办公室区域如何消毒

Disinfection guidlines in office

室内空气的消毒主要以开窗通风为主，每天两到

三次,每次半个小时。

Opening window for ventilation is the main disinfection of indoor space, twice or three times a day and half hour for each time.

对于经常接触的物体表面，要及时进行消毒和

清洁，可用含75%的酒精进行消毒。

The surface in constant contact shall be cleaned and disinfected frequently with 75% alcohol if necessary. 

到人员密集场所应该注意哪些？

电梯间 lift lobby

电梯因为是人员高度密集区域，所以需要每天要进行多次消毒。

Lift should be disinfected frequently on daily basis,as  it’s highly  populated and confined 

area.

排队等电梯时尽量保持间隔一米的距离，当乘坐电梯人员较多时，应该分批次进行搭乘。在条件允许的情况下，建议走楼梯。

Keeping one meter from each other when waiting for the lift，and take the lift in batches 

when crowded. Take the stairs if it is possible.

餐厅 canteen

错峰用餐，避免人员扎堆用餐，不要面对面进餐，与人保持一定距离。尽量打包带走。

Avoid the peak hour and crowds in dining hall, keep certain distance instead of sitting face to 

face is recommended while queuing and dining, take away your food as possible as it is more effective in prevention of virus than dining in.

开会防疫提示

Tips for epidemic prevention when holding meeting

在疫情流行期间，应该按照非必须，不举办的

原则尽量减少大型聚集型会议安排。可使用视

频或电话会议方式代替

During the epidemic periods, we should adhere to the principle of “if not necessary, no meeting” to reduce the mass gathering meeting，and take video conference and teleconference as alternatives.

而会议室的选择也需要选择通风度较好的，会场

内座位的摆放需要适当增加间距，参会人员的距

离需要保持不少于一米，会场减少公共用品的使

用，自带杯具。

Conference room with better ventilation is of top priority when choosing.and seats in room shall be arranged as far apart as possible,with at least one meter distance for each one.Reducing the public articles in the meeting room, and  bringing own cups rather than using public tea cups is highly suggested.
