Always wanted to learn how to use a Chinese cleaver? Join us in this knife skills class where we will lead you in showing you hands-on techniques to slice, smash, shred, mince and debone with a cleaver, while you learn to whip up three classic Chinese dishes.

Time: 10:30 - 13:00

Cost: 350 RMB, 300 RMB for members

If you want to add to your kitchen appliances, we do have our Chef's knives available for purchase in our courtyard.  Our knives are all one-piece stainless steel with custom packaging containing instructions for use and maintenance.
