奖学金年度评审

全体奖学金留学生：

 根据国家留学基金委、国家汉办、重庆市教委通知，为充分发挥各类奖学金的管理效益和激励作用，现将开始启动我校2018年各类奖学金的年度评审工作。

评审对象包括2018年9月之后继续享受奖学金的中国政府奖学金生（含申请延期毕业的博士研究生）、孔子学院奖学金生、重庆市长奖学金生、西南大学校长奖学金生、西南大学“新丝路”奖学金生、西南大学国际学院奖学金生。

评审说明会于4月4日（周三）下午在国际学院报告厅开始。

各项奖学金具体评审时间如下：

中国政府奖学金生（含申请延期毕业的博士研究生）、孔子学院奖学金生：

4月4日（周三）下午15:00---15:30

西南大学校长奖学金生、西南大学“新丝路”奖学金生

4月4日（周三）下午15:30---16:00

重庆市长奖学金生、西南大学国际学院奖学金生

4月4日（周三）下午16:00---16:30

无故不参加年度评审的留学生将被取消下一年度的奖学金。请相互转告。

Notice on the Annual Review of Scholarship Students

All international students with scholarship,

The annual review of CSC, CIS, CQ Mayor, SWU President, Silk Road Scholarship and International College Scholarship is to carry out to promote the effects of management and motivation of the scholarship.

All the international students who will continue to enjoy CSC, CIS, CQ Mayor, SWU President, Silk Road Scholarship and International College Scholarship after September 2018 are supposed to attend the conference in lecture hall of International College on April 4 (Wednesday) for the details of the annual review. The specific times for each scholarship are as follow:

Item : CSC, CIS 

Date : April 4 2018   Time : 3:00---3:30pm

Item : SWU President, Silk Road Scholarship 

Date : April 4 2018  Time : 3:30---4:00pm

Item : CQ Mayor, International College Scholarship

Date : April 4 2018  Time : 4:00---4:30pm

For those who refuse to take the annual review, scholarship for the next academic year will be canceled. Please share the information with each other.
