Don’t ask me who I am. I’m only a stone, lying quietly and curiously. Once for a while, I’m picked up and thrown away casually. Stretching out my body and flying my heart, I feel so excited about my journey. I’m neither special nor splendid, but I have a dream, I want to be shining like a diamond. 

Don’t ask me who I am. I’m only a blade of grass, growing peacefully and naively. Sometimes, kids step on me and play with me. I’m so happy to be their friend. I’m not fragrant like a rose, not tall like a tree, but I have a dream. I want to inform you the transition of seasons. 

Don’t ask me who I am. I’m only a drop of water, waiting carefully and patiently. I’m in a dilemma between “to be” and “not to be”. I’m so common, I’m so tiny. But I have a dream, I want to be deep and wide like an ocean. 

Don’t ask me who I am. I’m only a bird, flying freely and hopefully. Sometimes I enjoy the company of friends, while sometimes I endure the void of my heart. I’m not strong, I’m not marvelous, but I have a dream. I want to become an eagle and see the world. 

So, my dear, please, don’t ask me who I am.
