音乐流程：问候，围圈坐好。在家的话，不必太拘泥。
大人要很投入，就当是自己锻炼。

问候歌曲 (歌词会改成每个参与的小朋友的名字)。相当于破冰游戏,边唱边拍膝盖，每个小朋友名字都叫到。如果在家里的话，就把一起玩的家人都算进去吧。
