National " Thousand Talents Plan" innovative talents project winners, winners of the National Outstanding Young Scientists Fund, "Changjiang Scholars Award Program" distinguished professors, "ten thousand people plan" leading talents (technical innovation, philosophy and social sciences, teaching teachers, etc.), Ma The chief engineering expert and scholars, the major participants who are awarded of second place prize and above of National Natural Science Award, National Technological Invention Award, National Science and Technology Progress Award and scholars at the same level who have considerable academic level and academic contributions and have been recognised by the university (candidates should be no more 55 years old generally).

（2）Outstanding Talents

The winners of the national "Thousand Talents Plan" youth project, the winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, the Young Scholars Program of the "Changjiang Scholars Award Program", and the top talents for the "Millions Plan" young talents, as well as young scholars at the same level who have considerable academic level and academic contributions and have been recognised by the university.

4、Recruitment Plans

Remuneration and Living Benefits

1. Annual Salary: 900,000 yuan basic salary for “Thousand  Talents Plan” talents (bonus provided ) ; basic salary for other talents are 550,000-800,000 yuan (bonus provided )

2. Housing and settlement fee (one-time only): Provide a home-buying fee for purchasing 160-180 square meters of housing near the university, or provide a discounted price to buy a set of university housing and home placement of 1,000,000-1,500,000 yuan (one-time)

3. Help with the employment of the spouse and the children's entrance into kindergarten and school.

Work Benefits

1. Position: Accredited as professor. Doctoral supervisor 

2. Research start-up fee: According to the national allocation of funds, the professor will receive research fees at one-to-one matching (4,000,000 yuan). Special disciplines are configured according to the actual needs of scientific research.

3. Platform construction fee (including equipment fees): According to the actual needs of scientific research configuration equipment costs

1. Annual Salary: 400,000-500,000 yuan basic salary (bonus provided , qualified talents could access to “Yanghua Plan”of 3 Years of Funding: 150,000/Year) ;

2. Housing and settlement fee (one-time only): Provide a home-buying fee for purchasing 140-160 square meters of housing near the university, or provide a discounted price to buy a set of university housing and home placement of 800,000-1,000,000 yuan (one-time)

3. Help with the employment of the spouse and the children's entrance into kindergarten and school.

1. Annual Salary: 150,000 yuan basic salary (bonus provided , access to “Qingmiao Plan”of 3 Years of Funding: 30,000/Year) ;

2. Housing and settlement fee (one-time only): 200,000 yuan (Pre-employment period of 50,000, plus 150,000 yuan after being qualified)

3. Help with the children's entrance into kindergarten and school.

Work Benefits

1. Position: Assistant professor, assistant researcher. 

2. Research start-up fee: Research start-up fee: 100,000 yuan for science and engineering, 50,000 yuan for humanities and social sciences.

About SWJTU

Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), founded in 1896, is one of the oldest institutions of higher education China.
