生活的艺术

Malcolm Muggeridge曾说过：

Every happening, great or small, is a parable by which God speaks to us, and the art of life is to get the message.  

发生的每件事情，不论大小，都是神跟我们讲述的一则寓言故事，而生活的艺术，就在于读懂它。

感谢巴夏出现在我生命中，帮助我明白了很多“故事”的意义；感谢各位伙伴们的支持，让我可以继续走着“翻译”的路上；感谢……

今天是母亲节，所以，我整理一些母亲跟孩子的故事，以及巴夏对这些故事的解释。

问：我似乎无法生孩子

巴夏：

你要知道，如果你跟一个灵魂达成协议，祂将成为你的孩子。那终止这个协议的做法，就是去担心这事是否能成！

你说你想要生个孩子，这其实代表着你想重生，生个全新的“你自己”！

如果你要生个孩子，那这个孩子，是跟某个特定版本的你，签了母子协议的。你要先成为那个版本的你，你将来才可能，成为那个跟你签协议的孩子的母亲。

巴夏：

Understand that, on the other side,

你要明白，在另一端（灵性世界）

the baby is not a baby, it is a gigantic being

婴儿不是一个婴儿， 而是一个巨大宏伟的存在体

Now people can access that being in its nonphysical state,

人们仍然可以与这个灵体联系（非物质状态）

And they very often do,

而且他们经常这样做

And perhaps together with that being they can form a new agreement

也许他们一起，还能建立新的协议

That will allow the person to experience more self empowerment to grow and learn,

这从而帮助自己，让自己更有能力/力量去学习与成长

To learn how to allow things in their lives to change

学习如何改变生活中的一些现状

In such ways that they don't have to experience things in those particular ways again,

从而脱离之前的恶性循环， 更积极地去生活

It can be for that reason

Can be for many reasons,

也可以是很多其他原因

But you can begin a dialogue with those beings

你可以与这个灵体聊一聊

Because they still exist.

巴夏：

But why not desire that her birth is perfect for what she needs it to be? 

那你为什么不渴望她出生时的状况，就是她所需要的“完美的健康”呢？

If that includes the idea of what you call perfect health 

如果这种状况，包含了你所定义的“完美的健康”

So be it. 

那么，正如你所愿

But you are narrowing down your definition, instead of expanding it 

但你现在所做的，其实缩小了你对“完美”的定义，而不是扩大它

If you expand the definition 

如果你扩大对“完美”的定义

Allowing it 

允许她

Allowing it to be perfectly what it needs to be 

允许她“是”她所需要“是”的“完美”

Then anything that it needs to include, if it does need to include it, 

那么，任何“完美”所需要包含条件（如果确实需要的话）

like perfect health 

比如 43 34669 43 14940 0 0 3200 0 0:00:10 0:00:04 0:00:06 3199说，完美的健康

Will automatically be drawn as part of the definition 

都会被自动地囊括进去，而成为其定义的一部分

But by allowing it to be perfect for what it needs to be 

如果你允许她所“是”的，正是她所需要“是”的“完美”

You're also opening up to other ways 

那么，你也就打开了其他通道

in which it may need to actually express itself based on agreements that that being may have made with you on a higher level 

让你们在更高（灵魂）层面上所做的协定，可以通过其他需要的方式表达出来（也就是发生其他可能性）

About what it needs to experience or she 

（比如说）她需要去经历（体验）的

And what you need to experience 

你需要去经历（体验）的

And what you will learn by having this experience 

以及，你在经历中会学到的东西

Many spirits sometimes only need to dip their toe in the water of physical reality 

很多灵魂，有时候只想稍微体验一下你们的物质世界（浅尝辄止）

They don't need to live a full life to fulfill an agreement that they've made with you 

祂们并不需要过完一辈子，才能完成与你们的协定

But if there is an opportunity for such a thing to occur 

但如果有机会发生你所定义的“完美的健康”

It will be within the bigger definition

那么，这种情况，肯定发生在更大的“完美”的定义中

of your allowance of letting it just be perfectly what it needs to be 

也就是：你允许她“是”她所需要“是”完美状况

And trusting that it will be perfect for what it needs to be for both of you 

并且相信，这对你们两个人来说，都是完美的

For anyone that's involved 

对涉及到的任何一人，也都是完美的

Then you have a bigger definition that can include other expressions 

这才算“更大”的定义，这才能够包含其他表达方式（可能性）

To please your parents, alright. 

想让你父母高兴吗？好吧！

Then do me a favor. 

那请帮帮忙！

Tell them to live your life for you. 

告诉他们，你要为了你自己而活，你要过你自己的生活

Do you not know that you can really mean it when you say, "I really do love you Mom and Dad—AND I'm going to do what gives me joy." 

当你对父母说：“爸爸妈妈，我真的爱你们！并且我要去做让我开心的事！”你难道不知道，你这么说的时候，说的都是真心话？

You know you can mean it. 

而且你也可以这么地说出你的真心话！

You do not have to feel you're not loving them, that you're not respecting them, just because you want to be who you are. 

不要觉得你不爱他们，你不尊重他们，仅仅是因为你想做你自己。

巴夏：

When you start becoming lucid enough in your dream to understand 

当你做梦的时候，开始渐渐清醒过来

That what was happening in physical reality is just a projection 

意识到物质世界中所发生的事情

Is just a symbol of things that are happening at a higher dimensional plane, 

都只不过是在更高维度里所发生的事情的一个投影，或者象征物

Then you become lucid in that plane enough 

如果你变得足够清醒

To then use the template level reality

你就可以利用这个“模板层实相”

the blueprint level reality that create your physical experience 

也就是创造你在物质世界中的体验的“蓝图层实相”

And you can make agreements and adjustments within that blueprint

（重新）设定你的生命协议，以及调整人生蓝图

To allow your physical reality 

使你在物质世界中的体验

to be more representative of the lucidity that you experience on that higher-level 

变得更清明觉察，更接近你在高维度中的体验状态

巴夏：

Alright. Individuals in your society typically between the ages of 11 to 17 will be highly psychically connected to many different levels of spirituality. They can be very sensitive to it. 

好的！在你们社会中，通常介于11岁至17岁的少年，他们对灵性世界非常敏感，可以跟很多个不同层面的灵性世界都有着强烈的连接。

In a sense, the only reason she seems to be bothered is simply because the individual has not focused on who or what she really is yet. 

从某种意义上讲，你女儿受困扰的唯一原因，就是因为她还没关注在“她是谁？”或者“她是什么？”上面。

And in a sense, both physical and non-physical reality can seem to be annoying to her. 

因此，物质世界和非物质世界 看起来就像是给她带来了干扰，让她烦恼。

It is an extension of what you all typically think of as your "adolescent stage." 

这是对你们所认知的“青春期”的拓展（信息的补充）

It represents the timing of when you need to grow in awareness of the existence of other levels of spirituality that exist within you. 

意味着：你是时候该深入觉察自己内在的其他的灵性层面的意识了

It's very natural for a child to remember all the other connections that they have, especially the ones that are important to them in this life. 

对小孩子来说，记得他们所拥有的所有连接，这是很自然的事情，尤其是对他们这辈子非常重要的连接。

The rainbow was a symbol, representing this life being the last physical life necessary for that individual, the last physical life they will need. 

大彩虹是个象征物，寓意是：这是他体验物质世界的最后一世，以后就不再需要了。

Also, the idea of being born physically to assist in the transformation of this planet in very bold ways, as a writer, as a speaker and to assist many through great service in these and other ways. 

要知道，以肉身的方式，投身在这个物质世界，通过写作、演讲，或者其他方式，为很多人提供服务，帮助这个星球转化，这是非常勇敢的做法（非常勇敢的灵魂）。

Anytime you are doing what you love to do, you will feel more like laughing. 

任何时候，你做着自己爱做的事，你会感觉：更想笑

Anytime you are laughing and enjoying yourself, you will feel more like doing what you truly wish to do. 

任何时候你欢笑、享受自己，你会感觉：你更加喜欢做 你真正想做的事。

Laughter gives you confidence.

欢笑，会给你带来信心

Confidence allows you to laugh more easily. 

自信，则会让你更容易欢笑

All these things are interconnected;

所有这些事，都是互相连接的（圣经：万事都互相效力，叫爱神的人得益处）

 if you can do one, then the other will come more easily. 

如果你能到做其中一件事，那你做其他事也就容易得多

Some of you say, "Well, I don't have enough confidence to do the thing that really excites me." 

有些人可能会说：“我没有足够的信心，无法去做真正让我兴奋的事”

You can understand that if you see the connection between the idea of laughter, between the idea of confidence, between the idea of excitement and acting on what excites you the most, you can approach it from many different angles. 

要知道，如果你能看见欢笑、自信、兴奋和“做最让你兴奋的事”之间的连接，那你就可以通过各种不同的角度（方式）来获得自信

If you don't feel like you have the confidence to do what excites you the most, you can help yourself gain confidence by doing something as simple as learning to laugh more easily. 

如果你没有自信，无法做你兴奋的事，那你可以做些简单的事情来帮助自己，比如：学会让自己更容易笑，让自己笑得更轻松
