You are a child of the universe 

你是宇宙之子

Be an instrument of  light

你是光的乐器

I am a sweet friend to myself.

你是自己的贴心好友

Make space to listen to your wise heart.

 What you seek lies within.

为你的 “智慧之心” 腾出空间

你所寻求的一切，都在你的内在

Return to the Source

回归源头

Connect to abundance

与富足连接

Rest in your heart

安息在你的内心

Only from the heart can you touch the sky.

只有从心出发，你才能触摸到天空

Behind all these differences in the self

we are never differ

虽然我们各自不同

但这些“不同”背后

却并无差别

We are a reflection of each others light.

我们反射着彼此的 “光”

Truth is light

真理，就是光

Trust your light

相信你的光！

Keep shining your light.

持续不断地闪耀你的光芒！

Breathe in 

and bring LOVE to the places that need it

吸入爱

把爱带到需要的地方

把欢笑带到你所到之处

因为

The best medicine 

笑笑，是最好的药

笑笑，最有疗效

May all beings be happy and free.
