We are a speciality International Investment Banking Firm established for 27 years with a large number of international relationships. We seek a full-time Senior Analyst. The successful applicant will assist with and work closely with the Investment Banking team as a key contributor to the completion of engagements and mandates. The position is based in Beijing. The role is focused on preparing analysis and pitch documents on our Clients for review by Chinese companies who are seeking international collaboration, and to make international investments in the mining & resources, energy, healthcare, technology and agribusiness industries. The Client Projects are likely to be located in Australia, SE Asia and Africa. We will be targeting Chinese and international companies that are seeking Strategic Investment, M&A and Joint Ventures in quality international companies and projects.
The primary responsibilities will include: Interpreting & Translation Industry & Client research/analysis The applicant should also have the following attributes:
1. High levels skills in:
a. English & Chinese (reading, writing and speaking) - translation & interpreting
b. Research & Analysis
2. High level PC skills and literacy
3. Where necessary, assistance and training will be given.
In addition, the successful applicant should be well presented and well mannered, responsible, pragmatic, hard working, honest, loyal and be able to work independently. The position is designed for a person who is results oriented and ambitious. In addition, there may be local and international travel.
