2023年2月15日，《澳门特别行政区城市总体规划（2020-2040）》实施一周年。该规划致力于推进澳门与粤港澳大湾区的融合发展、产业多元化、保护澳门历史文化遗产。建设粤港澳大湾区是中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动的重大国家战略。周报君摘录了2018年以来习近平关于大湾区建设的经典语录，中英双语内容如下：

The general plan for developing Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) during the 2020-40 period has been in force for one year. The plan promotes integration between Macao and the other parts of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the SAR's industrial diversification, and the conservation of its historical and cultural heritage. Developing the Greater Bay Area is one of the key national strategies mapped out and promoted by Chinese President Xi Jinping. Xi is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission.
