最近，我们的酿酒师也迷上了奶茶，老盯着手机上的美团外卖，苦等一杯奶茶。不过，奶茶没到，一个灵感倒跟一桶打翻的波霸Q弹而至：与其等一杯永远在路上的奶茶，不如自己动手酿一款奶茶啤酒！

The brewers in the Jing-A labs have taken matters into their own hands.

Tired of waiting forever for their waimai naicha orders to come in, it was only a matter of time before the idea hit like a bucketload of boba: why not brew a Milk Tea beer?

Our first attempt, in 2019, laid the foundations for a full-on “naicha” series. After an extended series of tests, we’re proud to present our second Milk Tea IPA!

酿酒罐里：新鲜草莓、乳糖和各种酒花——Mosaic、Simcoe、 Galaxy 和 Mandarina Bavaria。

酿酒罐外：以研究为目的买来的大量塑料奶茶杯和大号吸管。

Into the brewtanks: fresh strawberries, lactose, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Outside the brewtanks: a worrying amount of plastic milk-tea cups and wide straws. For “research purposes.”

 Strawberry Naicha IPA 

 ABV: 5.5% 

一款不太苦的印度淡色艾尔。大量新鲜草莓带来强烈的水果香味；茉莉花茶和乳糖让它的口感格外饱满、顺滑。自己再带上几颗波霸，体验更佳！

A low-bitterness IPA bursting with bright fruit flavours from heaps of fresh strawberries. Additions of jasmine tea and lactose create an exceptionally smooth, milky, and rounded finish. Bring your own boba for the full experience!
