What is it all about?

We are at early stage planning for the greatest gala night affordable for the youth in Beijing. Unlike other galas, we will drop the price but keep the shiny ambiance of glamor & luxury.

In order to make it an unforgettable event, we need you as our Project Intern.

Job Description

You will contact different sponsors & venues in order to make sure we will have the best dinner, entertainment and decoration during the gala.

Your main task is to visit the venues discuss the different options and find the best deal.

Look for sponsors to support us with this great event.

Organize the entertainment, agenda and the guest list for the gala.

You will be working together with the InternsInBeijing team, the venue and the sponsors. This is a great opportunity to grow your network and work on your future.

What are we looking for?

To plan such a big event we need a competent organizer who has event experience and good contacts to hotels and other possible gala sponsors.

The work would start ASAP.

Specifically, we look for a person having:

- English & Chinese Skills

- Self-management and organizational skills

- Network among possible sponsors

- Sales talent & experience

- Creativity

- Motivated to be part of the biggest Youth Gala in Beijing
