“健身气功·八段锦”是在传统八段锦的基础上改编而成的健身气功新功法。它传承了传统八段锦的精髓,主要特点有二:每一式功法名称都由7个汉字组成,其中包含了功法的动作要领与主要作用两个方面;每一式动作均紧扣一个中医理论,围绕对脏腑等的“调”与“衡”,完成对人体的健身作用。每天一套中医健身气功八段锦,居家锻炼,提高免疫力。
Ba Duan Jin Exercise is a set of revised qigong movements based on the traditional Ba Duan Jin. It inherited the essence of the traditional qigong, with every move named by 7 Chinese characters and guided by a Chinese medicine theory. With the movements, qi is regulated so that the organs reach a balanced state and the body maintains healthy.
