从“十二五”新材料产业规划到“十三五”新材料产业规划,规划中始终有膜材料专项工程。


经过5年的发展,“十二五”功能膜专项中所提到的功能膜多数已经完全国产化或者大比例国产化,少数仍处于国产化进程中。

经过五年的发展,许多功能膜材料已经完全国产化或占据了相当一部分份额。而随着产业的发展以及下游提出新应用新需求,功能膜及其产业链也在不断发生着变化。

 

柔性显示的发展对器件提出了全新的需求,要求器件全部薄膜化、可折叠可卷曲,这对功能膜材料企业提出了更多新的要求,也为功能膜产业的发展提供了新的机遇。

 

新能源汽车的发展对动力电池提出了新的需求,体现在电池能量密度不断提高。除了锂电池,固态电池、燃料电池等电池新技术不断涌现,也吸引着产业资本的进入。动力电池是新能源汽车的关键部件,而无论锂电池、固态电池还是燃料电池,其关键部件均为膜材料(隔膜、铝塑膜、质子交换膜与固体电解质膜)。

 

石油化工、建材、建筑、汽车、纺织、半导体、微电子、轨道交通、消费电子、新能源、节能环保等产业均需要用到膜材料,众多产业的发展同样对制备功能膜的原料和设备企业提出了更新更多的要求。

宁波城市简介(Introduction to Ningbo)


宁波简称“甬”,地处中国大陆海岸线中段,长江三角洲南翼,毗邻上海、杭州,全市总面积9714平方公里。宁波是中国东南沿海重要的港口城市、长三角南翼经济中心、国家历史文化名城、全国文明城市、中国大陆14个第一批对外开放的沿海城市之一、中国优秀旅游城市、首批国家电子商务示范城市、中国品牌之都。


2016年全市实现地区生产总值8541.1亿元。按照常住人口计算,全市人均地区生产总值108804元(按照年平均汇率折合16380美元),全市财政总收入2145.8亿元。宁波作为国家重要的新材料产业基地,新材料产业规模位居全国七大新材料产业城市之首。


经过多年发展,宁波也涌现出了以韵升和科宁达为代表的磁性材料龙头企业;以大成新材料、先锋新材料、天安生物、能之光等为代表的创新型高分子材料企业;以兴业铜业、东睦集团为代表的高性能金属材料企业;以金瑞泓、激智科技、江丰电子为代表的电子信息材料企业;以广博新材料为代表的纳米材料企业;以墨西科技为代表的先进碳材料企业等一大批在业内具有明显优势的新材料领军企业。


新材料已经成为宁波重要的支柱产业和经济发展的一张亮丽的名片。以新材料产业为主题,积极开展各种交流和合作活动,探索政产学研结合的有效机制,促进新材料成果的高效转化,助推新材料产业的快速发展。


当前宁波新材料产业以“中国制造2025”示范城市建设为契机,重点将稀土磁性材料、高端金属合金材料、石墨烯、专用装备、关键基础件、光学电子、集成电路和工业物联网等八大细分行业作为“3511”产业发展的主攻方向,着力培育形成一批新的千亿级细分行业,带动提升全市产业发展能级。


With the abbreviation of “Yong”, Ningbo is located at the middle ofthe coastline of China’s Mainland. Covering a total area of 9714 squarekilometers, Ningbo lies in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta andborders Shanghai and Hangzhou. Ningbo is considered an important port city onthe coast of Southeast China, an economic center in the southern Yangtze RiverDelta, a renowned national historical and cultural city, a national civilizedcity, and a capital of brand in China.

 

It is also listed among 14 coastal cities in China’s Mainland thatopened up to the outside world, China’s best tourist cities, and national firste-commerce demonstration cities.

 

In 2016, Ningbo’s GDP reached RMB 854.11 billion Yuan.  According to resident population, the percapita GDP reached RMB 108,804 Yuan ( about USD 16,380 ), the total financialincome reached RMB 214.58 billion Yuan. As an important advanced materialindustrial base of China, the scale of advanced material industrial in Ningboranks the first among totally 7 advanced material industrial cities in the country.
