01
关于在穗的港澳同胞新冠疫苗接种
免费：
根据现阶段国家政策规定，在广东省内年龄18周岁至59周岁，以及部分60周岁以上因特殊原因需接种、且身体基础状况较好的港澳同胞，按照本人“知情、自愿”原则，凭内地公安部门制发的港澳居民居住证或内地医保参保凭证，免费接种疫苗；
在省内各类学校工作和学习的港澳籍师生，参加所在学校组织的免费疫苗接种。
自费：
不符合上述条件的在内地港澳同胞，自费接种疫苗，费用为100元/剂次。
注：
参加接种的港澳同胞接种保障政策和措施与我市居民一视同仁、同等对待。

关于在穗的外籍人士新冠疫苗接种
免费：
已参加广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，现场出示有效医保参保凭证，享受与其他参保中国公民同等待遇。
自费：
未参保广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，自费接种疫苗，费用为100元/剂次。

如何预约？
港澳同胞两种方式预约
在我市自愿接种的港澳同胞可通过“粤健通”微信服务平台（自费及免费）
或“广州健康通”微信服务平台（只接受“免费”）在线预约登记。
在穗外籍人士预约：只能在“粤健通”微信服务平台
新冠疫苗接种需打2针：
目前广州市使用的是国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗，全程需接种两剂。
注意事项：
预约成功后需按照相关通知和指引，携带有关凭证前往指定接种点接种疫苗。
接种前，请配合接种点工作人员完成规定程序，主动告知个人健康状况，配合医护人员询问，确保知情、自愿接种。
接种后留观30分钟，14天内密切关注身体情况，如有不适，及时就医。
接种期间，请按照当地疫情防控措施，做好个人卫生防护。

所有在穗的外籍人士、港澳同胞新冠病毒疫苗（自费）都在这『11个区定点接种点』接种。
注：
符合免费接种条件的港澳同胞可在全市各接种单位接种新冠疫苗。

Starting from April 12th, 2021, Guangzhou launched the vaccination program for Hong Kong, Macao Compatriots and Foreign Citizens residing in Chinese mainland – residents in the appropriate age group are eligible to get domestically produced COVID-19 vaccine!

COVID-19 vaccination program for Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots residing in Guangzhou
Free of charge
According to current national policies and regulations, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots living in Guangdong Province aged between 18 years old and 59 years old, and those aged over 60 who need to get vaccinated for specific reasons – provided that they are in good health condition, can get the COVID-19 vaccine free of charge by presenting Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao Residents issued by the Chinese mainland public security authority or Chinese Mainland Medical Insurance Payment Record, following the principle that they’re “informed and voluntary”.
Hong Kong and Macao compatriots who teach or study at different types of schools inside Guangdong Province shall take part in the free COVID-19 vaccination program organized by the school.
At your own expense
Hong Kong and Macao compatriots residing in Chinese mainland who do not fit in the above descriptions, can get the COVID-19 vaccine at your own expense. The cost is RMB 100/ dose.
Note:
Vaccination safeguard policies and measures for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots are the same as those for Guangzhou residents, everyone will be treated equally.

COVID-19 vaccination program for foreign citizens residing in Guangzhou
Free of charge
Foreign citizens who are enrolled in the Guangdong Provincial social security medical insurance program can enjoy the same treatment as Chinese citizens by presenting valid Medical Insurance Payment Record on site.
At your own expense
Foreign citizens who are not enrolled in the Guangdong Provincial social security medical insurance program can get the COVID-19 vaccine at your own expense. The cost is RMB 100/ dose.
Note:
Vaccination safeguard policies and measures for Hong Kong, Macao compatriots and foreign citizens are the same as those for Guangzhou residents, everyone will be treated equally.

How to book your COVID-19 vaccine?
Two ways of booking of Hong Kong and Macao compatriots
Foreign citizens and Hong Kong, Macao compatriots who are willing to get the COVID-19 vaccine in Guangzhou can make a booking via the” Yuejiantong” WeChat service platform (whether you are paying for yourself or can get the vaccine free of charge)
Or book online through the” Guangzhou Jiankangtong” WeChat service platform (if you are eligible for free vaccination).
Foreign citizens in Guangzhou can only make the booking via the “Yuejiantong” WeChat service platform
COVID-19 vaccine consists of 2 doses
Guangzhou uses domestically produced inactivated COVID-19 vaccine which requires two shots.
Important notice:
Once the booking is successful, you need to follow relevant notification and instructions and bring required credentials to the designated vaccination station to get the shot.
Before taking your shot, you should work with the staff at the vaccination station to complete the required procedure. You should proactively inform them about your health condition and respond to medical staff’s questions to ensure informed, voluntary vaccination.
After taking your shot, you need to stay at the vaccination station for 30 minutes for the purpose of medical observation. You should pay close attention to your health status in the following 14 days. You should seek professional medical advice if you feel unwell.
You should follow local COVID-19 prevention and control measures and ensure personal hygiene as you get vaccinated.

How to book your COVID-19 vaccine?
Hong Kong, Macao compatriots and foreign citizens can get the vaccine at 11 COVID-19 vaccination stations designated by the district.
All foreign citizens, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots in Guangzhou who are paying for the COVID-19 vaccine themselves shall go to the 11 district designated COVID-19 vaccination stations.
If you are eligible to get vaccinated free of charge, you can go to any vaccination station across Guangzhou.

広州市に滞在している「香港・マカオの同胞」向けの新型コロナワクチン接種について
無料
現行の国家政策規定に基づき、広東省内年齢18歳から59歳まで、および特別な原因で接種すべき、かつ体調の良い60歳以上香港・マカオの同胞は、本人「インフォームドコンセント・自主」の原則に基づき、中国内地の公安機関が発行した香港・マカオ住民居住証または内地の医療保険加入証明書を持って無料でワクチンを接種します。
省内の各種学校で勤務もしくは就学している香港・マカオ籍の教師・学生は、所在する学校の無料ワクチン接種に参加します。
自費
これらの条件を満たしていない内地の香港・マカオの同胞は、ワクチンの接種について自己負担となり、1回当たり100元の費用を支払います。
注：
接種に参加する香港・マカオの同胞向けの接種保障政策および措置は、わが市の住民と同一のものであり、同等に扱います。

広州市に滞在する「外国人」向けの新型コロナワクチン接種について
無料：
広東省社会保障医療保険に加入した外国人は、現場で有効な医療保険加入証明書を提示すると、保険加入済みの中国公民と同等の待遇を享受できます。
自費：
広東省社会保障医療保険に加入していない外国人は、ワクチンの接種について自己負担となり、1回あたり100元の費用を支払います。。
注：
接種に参加する香港・マカオの同胞および外国人向けの接種保障政策および措置は、わが市の住民と同一のものであり、同等に扱います。

予約方法について
「香港・マカオの同胞」の予約方法は2つあります
我が市で自主的に接種を受ける外国人或いは香港・マカオの同胞は、「粤健通」のWeChatサービスプラットフォーム（自費と無料）
または「広州健康通」のWeChatサービスプラットフォーム（無料対象）でオンライン登録・予約を行います。
広州市に滞在する外国人の予約：「粤健通」のWeChatサービスプラットフォームのみ
新型コロナワクチンは2回に分けて接種します
現在、広州市で使用されているのは国産新型コロナウイルス不活化ワクチンであり、2回に分けて接種します。
注意事項
予約後、関連する通知と案内に従い、関連証明書を持って指定の接種場所でワクチンを接種します。
インフォームド・コンセントおよび自主的な接種のためには、接種の前、接種場所のスタッフと協力して所定の手続きをし、自発的に個人の健康状況を伝え、医療関係者の質問に回答してください。
接種後30分間はその場で様子を見ましょう。また、14日以内に体の状況を注意深く観察し、もし不快感があれば、直ちに診察を受けてください。
接種期間は、地域の感染の予防抑制措置に従って個人に求められる感染予防対策をしっかりと行ってください。

広州市に滞在するすべての「外国人」、「香港・マカオの同胞」は次の『11区の指定接種場所』で新型コロナワクチン（自費）を接種します。
注：
無料接種条件を満たしている「香港・マカオの同胞」は全市の各接種機関でワクチンを接種できます。

성내 여러 학교서 취직중이거나 공부하는 홍콩마카오 호적의 교직원 및 학생은 소속 학교에서 조직하는 무료 백신접종 대상자임.
유료
위의 조건에 적합되지 않는 국내체류 홍콩마카오 동포는 자비로 백신접종을 할 수 있으며, 비용은 1회당 100위안임.
주의：
백신접종에서 홍콩 마카오 동포 관련 백신접종정책과 조치는 광저우시 시민과 동일하며 무차별함.

“외국국적자”신종코로나 백신접종
무료
광둥성 사회보장의료보험에 가입한 외국국적자는, 백신접종 현장에서 의료보험 가입증빙을 출시하고 기타 내국인과 똑같은 대우를 받을 수 있음.
유료
광둥성 사회보장의료보험 미가입자에 해당하는 외국국적자는, 비용 자기부담 방식으로 백신접종이 가능하며, 비용은 1회당 100위안임.
주의
백신접종에서 홍콩 마카오 동포 및 외국인 관련 백신접종정책과 조치는 광저우시 시민과 동일하며 무차별함.

예약방법
“홍콩 마카오 동포”는 두가지 경로로 예약:
광저우시에서 백신접종을 원하는 외국인 및 홍콩마카오동포는 “월건통(粤健通)”위챗서비스플랫폼을 이용할 수 있음.（무료 및 자비）
또는 “광저우건강통(广州健康通)”위챗서비스플랫폼（무료대상자）을 이용하여 온라인으로 예약등록이 가능함.
광저우체류 외국국적자 예약방법: “월건통(粤健通)”위챗서비스플랫폼에서만 예약가능함.
신종코로나 백신접종은 2회 접종 필요
지금 광저우시에서 사용되는 국산 신종코로나백신은 사백신으로 전과정에 2회 접종이 필요함.
주의사항：
예약에 성공하면, 관련 통보 및 지침에 따라 관련 증빙을 소지하고 지정 지점으로 이동하여 백신접종이 가능함.
접종하기 전，백신접종 현장 요원의 지시대로 관련 절차를 밟고, 스스로 개인건강정보를 신고하며, 의료요원의 조사에 협조하고,상황숙지 및 자원 접종 원칙을 확인해야 함.
백신접종후, 현장서 30분동안 의료관찰을 받아야 하며, 14일동안 건강상태에 유의하여 이상이 있을 경우 즉시 조치를 받아야 함.
백신접종과정에서 현지 전염병예방통제 조치에 따르며, 개인방호조치를 엄격히 준수해야 한다.

주의：

La vaccination contre la Covid-19 pour les « résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao » à Guangzhou
Gratuit
Selon la politique nationale actuelle, les résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao, habitant dans la province du Guangdong, âgés de 18 à 59 ans, et certains âgés de 60 ans ou plus qui doivent être vaccinés pour des raisons particulières et qui sont en bon état de santé de base seront vaccinés gratuitement, sur le principe de« consentement et volontarité », sur présentation de leur permis de résident de Hong Kong et de Macao délivré par les autorités de sécurité publique de la Chine continentale ou de leur certificat de participation à la sécurité sociale du continent.
Les étudiants et les enseignants de Hong Kong et de Macao qui étudient ou travaillent dans divers établissements d’enseignement du Guangdong peuvent participer à la vaccination gratuite organisée par leurs établissements.
Payant
Les résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao en Chine continentale qui ne remplissent pas les conditions ci-dessus seront vaccinés à leurs propres frais au prix de 100 RMB par dose.
Remarque
Les politiques et mesures de protection vaccinale pour les résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao qui participent à la vaccination sont traitées sur un pied d'égalité avec les résidents de la ville de Guangzhou.

La vaccination contre la Covid-19 pour les « ressortissants étrangers » à Guangzhou
Gratuit
Les étrangers qui sont couverts par la sécurité sociale de la province du Guangdong seront traités également que les autres citoyens chinois assurés, sur présentation d'un certificat de participation à la sécurité sociale valide sur place.
Payant
Les étrangers qui ne sont pas couverts par la sécurité sociale de la province du Guangdong seront vaccinés à leurs propres frais, au prix de 100 RMB par dose.
Remarques
Les politiques et mesures de protection vaccinale pour les résidents de Hong Kong, Macao et les ressortissants étrangers participant à la vaccination sont traités sur un pied d'égalité avec les résidents de la ville.

Comment réserver ?
Deux moyens pour les « résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao »
Les résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao qui se font vacciner volontairement à Guangzhou peuvent utiliser la plateforme de service WeChat « Yuejiantong » (payant et gratuit).
Ou la plateforme de service WeChat « Guangzhou Jiankangtong » (personnes qui remplissent aux conditions de gratuité) pour prendre un rendez-vous en ligne.
Les étrangers à Guangzhou ne peuvent utiliser que la plateforme de service WeChat « Yuejiantong ».
La vaccination nécessite 2 doses
Le vaccin actuellement utilisé à Guangzhou est le vaccin inactivé chinois contre la Covid-19, qui nécessite deux doses pour l'ensemble du processus.
Attention :
Après la réservation, vous devez suivre les avis et directives pertinents et munir des papiers concernés aux sites de vaccination désignés.
Avant la vaccination, veuillez coopérer avec le personnel pour accomplir les procédures prescrites, prendre l'initiative d'informer votre état de santé, coopérer avec le personnel médical, et garantir une vaccination informée et volontaire.
Restez 30 minutes après la vaccination et surveillez attentivement pendant 14 jours et consultez un médecin en cas de malaise.
Durant la vaccination, veuillez suivre les mesures locales de prévention et de contrôle des épidémies et prendre des précautions d'hygiène personnelle.

Les premiers établissements de vaccination contre la Covid-19 dans 11 districts pour les résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao et les étrangers
Tous les « étrangers » et les « résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao » présents à Guangzhou seront vaccinés à ces « 11 sites de vaccination désignés » pour le vaccin contre la Covid-19 (payant).
Remarque
Les résidents de Hong Kong et de Macao qui bénéficient de la vaccination gratuite peuvent se rendre à toutes les sites de vaccination de la ville.
