今年8月15日，搭乘中欧班列（蓉欧快铁）的第一批白俄罗斯进口牛肉，历时13天，运抵了成都青白江国际铁路港。至此，白俄罗斯——成都的肉类冷链运输新渠道全面打通。成都人的餐桌上，又多了一份来自白俄罗斯的鲜货。
On August 15th this year, the first consignment of beef imported from Belarus by way of the China-Europe Express Railway (Chengdu-Europe Express Railway) arrived at the Chengdu Qingbaijiang International Railway Port after a journey of 13 days, signifying the full completion of the Belarus-Chengdu cold chain channel for transportation of meat products and putting another fresh ingredient option on the dining table for Chengdu foodies.
一端是成都，另一端是全世界。一条蓉欧快铁，将成都的“土特产”发往全球，也将大千世界的”多彩缤纷”带回成都。
On the one end is Chengdu, on the other end is the entire world. The Chengdu-Europe Express Railway delivers made-in-Chengdu “local products” to markets across continents, while at the same time bringing the diverse “colors and glamours” from across the globe back to Chengdu.

In April 2013, the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway began formal operation, and today there are 16 operating routes divided into the southern, northern and central lines on this network that links up many of the major nodes and cities on the Eurasian landmass.

Almaty is the largest transportation hub in Kazakhstan, the former national capital and the country’s biggest city, as well as the only one with a population of over a million. One of its nicknames is the “South Capital”.

8月22日，成都至阿拉木图的直达班列正式开行，预计将在8天后抵达目的地。这是继去年成功测试后，成都首次采取直达方式开行阿拉木图线路。阿拉木图是蓉欧快铁中线的过境节点城市。直达班列的开行，必将使得两座城市的联系越来越紧密。
On August 22th, a direct block chain from Chengdu to Almaty officially started operation, and it has been estimated that the train will arrive at its destination after eight days on the road. Since a successful trial last year, this is the first time a direct train on the Chengdu-Almaty route has been put into operation. Almaty is a border-crossing node city on the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway. The commencement of this direct block train will undoubtedly bolster the ties between the two cities.
2012年，四川科伦药业股份有限公司合资成立科伦KAZ药业有限公司，在阿拉木图工业园区投资建厂，并于2014年建成投产。截至到2016年，公司累计取得了哈萨克斯坦40多个产品的生产批文并全部实现生产销售。2016年9月，成都市外侨办率工作组赴阿拉木图成功举办了“PANDA成都走进哈萨克斯坦——成都文化风情展”，展示了成都美食和民俗文化！此外，成都新都家具协会曾在阿拉木图市设立成都家具（阿拉木图）展销中心。”
In 2012, Sichuan-based pharmaceutical corporation Kelun Group entered into a joint venture to found the Kelun-Kazpharm LLP and funded the construction of a factory in an industrial park in Almaty, which began operation in 2014. As of 2016, the company has obtained production approval from the Kazakhstan government for a total of over 40 products, all of which have entered their manufacturing and sales phases. In September 2016, a delegation led by Chengdu Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office headed to Almaty and successfully held the “PANDA Chengdu in Kazakhstan -Chengdu Culture and Landscape Exhibition,” which put on display the vibrant culinary traditions and folk customs of Chengdu! In addition, the Chengdu Xindu Furniture Association previously ran a Chengdu Furniture (Almaty) Exhibition and Sales Center in the city.
贸易往来、文化交流、企业合作……也许不久的将来，阿拉木图还会成为成都国际“朋友圈”中的新成员呢。

Yekaterinburg is the third largest city in Russia, as well as gateway for access to Asia from the country.
早在2017年，俄罗斯叶卡捷琳堡市市长罗伊兹曼率团访蓉，希望推动叶卡捷琳堡与成都的友好交流，促进对华项目合作成都牵手叶卡捷琳堡。四川西林进出口贸易有限公司已通过蓉欧快铁，从俄罗斯运回进口木材，并在蓉举办”一带一路”进口木材国际贸易推介会。今年6月，成都市拟与俄罗斯叶卡捷琳堡市结为友好城市。”
As early as 2017, a delegation led by the Mayor of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman visited Chengdu, with the hopes of promoting amicable exchanges between the two cities and foster Russian-Chinese cooperation on various projects and programs through a tie-up between Yekaterinburg and Chengdu. Sichuan Xilin Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd.imported lumber from Russia via the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway, and also sponsored the “Belt and Road” Imported Timber International Trade Promotion Fair in the Hibiscus City. In June this year, the city of Chengdu expressed the intention to form twin cities relations with the city of Yekaterinburg.

Moscow, the Russian national capital and a truly international metropolis, is home to a plethora of sites of scenic and cultural interest, for instance the historic and storied Kremlin.Moscow is esteemed for its elegant urban planning as the city stands amid a sea of green, thus often regarded as “capital in the forest”.
莫斯科是蓉欧快铁北线的节点城市。今年俄罗斯世界杯期间，10万只小龙虾搭乘中欧班列（蓉欧快铁）前去”助兴”。今年3月起，俄罗斯进口木材定制班列已发出55列,到达成都铁路口岸49列。8月2日，满载着1742吨俄罗斯进口木材的蓉欧快铁，从俄罗斯缓缓驶入中国绥芬河口岸站，经快速换装后由绥芬河站开往成都国际铁路港。这标志着成都已实现蓉欧快铁北线俄罗斯木材进口直通。
Moscow is a vital node city on the northern line of the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway. During the 2018 FIFA World Cup held in Russia this year, 100,000 crayfish rode on the China-Europe Express Railway (Chengdu-Europe Express Railway) to “partake in the festivities”. Since March this year, a customized block train for imported Russian lumber has already departed 55 times, with 49 of them having already arrived in the Chengdu Railway Port. On August 2, a Chengdu-Europe Express Railway train laden with 1,742 tons of timber imports from Russia slowly docked at the Suifenhe Port Station in China, and then from there proceeded onward to the Chengdu International Railway Port after rapid unloading and reloading, signaling Chengdu’s direct import access to Russian timber via the northern line of the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway.

Between August 24th and 26th this year, the Moscow-Chengdu Week of the the “PANDA Chengdu in Russia” campaign, sponsored jointly by the Chengdu Municipal Government and the Government of Moscow, took place in the Russian capital. Through “online,”“offline” and other interactions, the event presented to local Muscovite consumers a wide range of high quality yet affordable “made in Sichuan” and “made in Chengdu” merchandises.

Minsk,is the capital of Belarus, and the political, economic, scientific, technological and cultural nexus of the country.
2017年3月1日，成都中欧班列（蓉欧快铁）北线定制班列首发，整列吉利定制的汽车部件直奔白俄罗斯，其中有大批”四川造”的吉利SUV NL-4车型部件。此外，食品、饮料、机电……前期探路的”四川造”已通过各种渠道前往白俄罗斯。今年7月，来自白俄罗斯谷饲荷斯坦牛肉通过”蓉欧快铁”首次入川，这次运输，使得蓉欧快铁国际冷链运输的新渠道进一步打通。”
The debut of a tailored block train on the northern line of the Chengdu China-Europe Express Railway (Chengdu-Europe Express Railway) took place on March 1, 2017, and an entire unit train loaded with customized Geely automobile parts were transported directly to Belarus, including a substantial quantity of “made in Sichuan” components for Geely’s model NL-4 SUV. Moreover, foodstuffs, beverages, electric machinery...pioneering “made in Sichuan” products have gained entry into Belarus through a variety of channels. In July this year, a consignment of beef from Belarusian-bred corn-fed Holstein Friesian cattle made its way into Sichuan for the first time via the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway. This shipment indicates further connectivity in the new international cold chain transportation avenue of the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway.
在距明斯克市25公里的郊区，中国与白俄罗斯合作共建丝绸之路经济带的标志性工程——中白工业园矗立于此。2015年，在两国元首的共同见证下，成都新筑路桥公司作为首批入园企业，正式入驻中白工业园。随着蓉欧快铁的持续开行带来的发展机遇，中白工业园或可成为成都企业通往欧洲、欧亚经济联盟的”桥头堡”，与成都企业”走出去”并肩前进，协同发展。
In a suburb 25km from the city of Minsk stands the Great Stone, a China-Belarus industrial park that is considered a landmark project in the concerted China-Belarus effort for constructing the Silk Road Economic Belt. In 2015, under the joint witness of the heads of state of the two countries, Chengdu Xinzhu Corporation became one the first group of enterprises to set up a presence inside the industrial park, formalizing itself as an official member of the Great Stone. Following the consistent operation of the Chengdu China-Europe Express Railway, the China-Belarus industrial park is poised to function as a bridgehead through which Chengdu companies could access Europe and the states in the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC), developing alongside and synergistically with the “go global” endeavors of Chengdu enterprises.

罗兹市是波兰第三大城市，也是中欧班列（蓉欧快铁）的终点站城市。这里是波兰重要的交通枢纽和物流中心，拥有波兰最大的内陆集装箱中心站。成都与波兰罗兹的距离长达9826公里，而目前，蓉欧快铁这一线的单程运输时间已缩短至10天，时间仅为海运的三分之一，成本仅为空运的六分之一到八分之一。
Third largest in Poland, the city of Łódź is also the end terminal for the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway of the China-Europe Express Railway. As one of the major transportation hubs and logistic nexuses of Poland, Łódź plays host to the country’s largest inland container central terminal. There is 9,826km between Chengdu and Łódź, and currently the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway has already been able to reduce the time for a one-way trip to merely ten days, an improvement of two-thirds compared to the duration required by maritime transportation, while the cost is only an astonishing one-sixths to one-eights of transportation by flight.
2013年4月26日，成都直达波兰罗兹的货运班列中欧班列（蓉欧快铁）正式开通。同年11月21日正式建立友好合作城市关系，2015年6月建立友好城市关系。两市连续两次被波兰外交部、波兰基础设施和发展部及中国人民对外友好协会授予”中波友好合作奖”，成为中波两国间唯一一对连续两次荣获此殊荣的友好城市。
On April 26th, 2013, a freight block chain on the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway of the China-Europe Express Railway running non-stop between Chengdu and the Polish city of Łódź formally began operation. On November 21 of the same year, Chengdu and Łódź officially formed friendly cooperation cities partnership, and sister cities relations was subsequently established in June 2015. The partnership between the two cities was granted the “China-Poland Friendly Cooperation Award” twice in a row by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, the former Ministry of Infrastructure and Development of Poland(present day the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure) and the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, thereby becoming the only pair of Chinese-Polish twin cities to receive this honor on two consecutive occasions.

In November last year, the Chengdu leg of the 2017 Lodzkie Poland Food and Culture Festival was held to fabulous fanfare on Chunxi Road. The Governor of the Łódź Region was beaming and said that since the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway went into service, ten new Chinese restaurants have popped up in the city of Łódź, with many of them featuring names similar to “Chengdu Restaurant”!

2017年11月28日，意大利米兰至成都的中欧班列蓉欧快铁实现首发，这趟满载高档家具、金属制品、瓷砖等意大利产品的班列，在14天后抵达了成都青白江国际铁路港，全程10694公里。这是意大利直达成都的第一条中欧班列路线，也是成都开通的第11条国际货运班列线路，缩短了欧洲地中海市场与中国西部腹地的”最后一公里”。成都和米兰，这对在2015年就建立友好合作关系的朋友，进一步加深了友情。”
On November 28th, 2017, the first train on the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway of the China-Europe Express Railway from the Italian city of Milan and Chengdu debuted, and this block train full of upscale furniture, metal products, ceramic tiles and other Italian goods arrived at the Chengdu Qingbaijiang Railway Port 14 days later, after traveling for 10,694km. This was the first non-stop block train route between Italy and Chengdu on the China-Europe Express Railway, as well as 11th international cargo block train route to and from Chengdu, which effectively shorten the “last mile” between the Mediterranean market and the hinterland of western China. Chengdu and Milan, two great cities that already forged friendly cooperation relationship back in 2015, will surely continue to strengthen their rapport.
2018年，成都成为国内首个实现中欧班列累计开行达2000列的城市。
In 2018, Chengdu became the first city in China to accumulate 2,000 departures of the China-Europe Express Railway.
这条响应“一带一路”倡议而建设的班列线路，通过五年的运行，已拓展至境内14个城市、境外16个城市，成为连接亚欧的重要枢纽网络。
