Since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, the Party have put forward new concept, new thinking and new strategies on law-based governance and defines the guiding philosophy, development path,work plan and key tasks on law-based governance.As procurators, we must study and implement Xi’s thinking of the rule of law throughout the work, on which research the way to enhance our performance, upholding them on a long-term basis and developing them through persistent practice. Centering on the legal supervision landscape of The Four Procuratorate Affairs in new era with the great thinking, we can surely assist in advancing law-based governance. 

十八大以来，党提出一系列全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略，明确了全面依法治国的指导思想、发展道路、工作布局、重点任务。作为检察干警，我们必须在履职过程中深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想，自觉从中探寻创新推进检察工作的思路、方法，长期坚持、不懈实践，围绕新时代“四大检察”法律监督格局，助力全面依法治国。
