近日,法国AREP设计集团(阿海普)+武汉市土地利用和城市空间规划研究中心联合体,凭借高水平创新的概念提案建议脱颖而出,在武汉东西湖区海口片城市设计中以专家评审第一的成绩成功中标。
Recently, the consortium comprising AREP and Wuhan Land Use and Urban Spatial Planning Research Center won the first prize for the urban design of Haikou area in Dongxihu district, Wuhan, thanks to its high quality innovative concept proposal. 

东西湖海口片区项目位于武汉市东西湖区东西向和南北向发展轴的交汇处,南接中心城区,东临金银湖,是展示城市风貌与引领产业发展的重要门户节点。

The project is located at the intersection of the north-south and east-west development axis of Wuhan Dongxihu District. With the central city district in the south and Jinyin Lake in the east, it is an important gateway node to show the urban style and lead the industrial development. 

基地周边环绕金银湖国家湿地公园、张毕湖公园等多个城市公园与水系,生态环境优越。同时,周边以吴家山新城中心、网安基地、金银湖副中心为主的总部格局已初步形成。设计考虑完善蓝绿网络,将自然引入基地,并考虑海口片在未来空间发展上与周边地标的合理衔接,计划打造以研发产业为主导,功能复合的绿色科技湾。

The site is surrounded by multiple parks and water systems such as Jinyin Lake National Wetland Park and Zhangbi Lake Park, thus benefitting from a superior ecological environment. At the same time, a headquarter zone has started to take shape, in particular with Wujiashan New Town Center, Cybersecurity base and Jinyinhu sub-center. The design aims to perfect the blue-green network, introduce nature into the site, and consider the rational connection between Haikou area and surrounding landmarks in the future space development, so as to create a multi-functional green science and technology bay led by R&D industry.

区别于普通的上盖开发,为了更好地打造完整的蓝绿网络,营造绿色生活空间,设计考虑将金银湖车场定位为上盖公园。结合上盖公园绿心进行TOD开发,无缝联系TOD区域与城市公园,沿轨道站点和上盖绿心集中布局总部办公,更好的集聚城市人气与活力。

Different from common slab developments, the design positions the Jinyin Lake depot as a slab park, in order to create a complete blue and green network and set up a green living space. TOD development is carried out in combination with the slab park, seamlessly connecting TOD area and urban park, and centralizing headquarter offices along the subway stations and the slab park, hence concentrating the popularity and vitality of the city.

规划形成“两核驱动,一带串联,双廊渗透,多片协同”的结构。主要慢行轴线以串联TOD区域、上盖公园以及周边城市公园为基本骨架,同时设计考虑在组团的路口,为城市留出开敞空间,这里是邻里的社交场所,也是公共活动的场所。慢行系统也将这些街角的活力空间串联在一起,并在沿路绿化上延续次级的景观慢行系统,打造一个慢行友好的城市活力片区。

The planning forms a structure “driven by two cores, connected by one belt, synergizing multiple pieces”. The fundamental skeleton of the main slow axis connects the TOD area, the slab park and the surrounding city park. At the same time, the design leaves open spaces at major intersections, providing a place for social interactions within the neighborhood and public activities.The slow walking system also connects the dynamic spaces at those street corners, and is prolonged by secondary pathways along the road landscape, creating a slow and friendly dynamic urban area.

上盖公园设计中,采用步移景异的概念,设计多种廊桥,织补被道路割裂的南北地块,同时串联东西向TOD节点。公园设置运动公园、云顶花园、轨道观察窗等趣味功能空间,为片区提供多样的活动空间。上盖板边考虑设计缓坡、Z字形步道、商业界面等多种方式,以适应多种功能需求,提供全面的服务。

 以上方案为概念提案,后续会在此基础上持续深化,最终实施方案以批复方案为准。

The design concept of the slab park consists in creating changing sceneries as the visitor moves. Thus, a variety of corridor bridges were designed, mending the north and south blocks split by roads, and connecting the east-west nodes towards the TODs. A sports park, garden, railway observation window and other interesting functional spaces are set up in the park to provide a variety of activity spaces. The edge of the slab is designed with a gentle slope, Z-shaped footpath, commercial interface and other means to adapt to a variety of functional requirements and provide comprehensive services.

The above scheme is a conceptual proposal, which will be further deepened in the future. Actual implementation will be based on the final approved scheme.
