环球影城站,由法国AREP设计集团、北京市市政工程设计研究总院有限公司、北京市弘都城市规划设计院联合设计,由北京地铁运营有限公司管理。环球影城站也是环球影城主题公园的主要入口之一,是进入主题公园的序曲,还是中国国内首座消隐于主题公园内的地景式车站。Universal Beijing Resort Station was jointly designed by AREP Group, Beijing Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Beijing Homedale Institute of Urban Planning & Architectural Design, and is managed by Beijing Metro Operation Co.,Ltd. It is also one of the main entrances to Universal Beijing Resort, a prelude to the theme park, and China’s first landscape-style station integrated into a theme park.
环球影城站位于北京市通州区环球度假区南侧,是地铁八通线和地铁7号线两线换乘站,是对北京城市副中心建设公共交通的有力支撑。作为环球影城站的序曲,在室内设计充分考虑到到达乘客的心里体验,营造神秘梦幻的气氛,增加乘客的体验感。同时,巨大的瞬时客流量将带来的安全性成最大挑战,年客流分担比例为50%,晚高峰高峰小时进站量将达到4万人,约为天通苑北站高峰小时进站量的2.5倍。Universal Beijing Resort Station is located on the south side of Universal Resort in Tongzhou District, Beijing. It is a transfer station between Metro Batong Line and Metro Line 7, and a strong support for the construction of public transportation in the urban sub-center of the capital. As a prelude to Universal Beijing Resort, the station’s indoor design fully considers the psychological experience of the arriving passengers, by creating a mysterious and dreamy atmosphere. At the same time, the huge instantaneous passenger flow will bring the biggest challenge to safety and security. The annual passenger flow sharing ratio is expected to be 50%, and the number of arriving passengers in the evening peak hours will reach 40,000, about 2.5 times of that during the peak hours of Tiantongyuan North Station.

环球影城站位于通州文化旅游区东南部,东六环和京哈高速交口西北角,距离天安门20 公里、首都机场24 公里。Universal Beijing Resort Station is located in the southeast of Tongzhou Cultural Tourism Zone, at the northwest corner of the intersection of East Sixth Ring Road and Beijing-Haerbin Expressway, 20 km from Tiananmen Square and 24 km from Beijng Capital Airport.
环球影城站作为换乘站,也是地铁八通线和地铁7 号线两线的东起点站。两线位于北京中部和南部,横贯东西,联络主副的地下大动脉。两线与北京多条地铁、轻轨、枢纽紧密联系,是对北京城市副中心建设公共交通的有力支撑。Universal Beijing Resort Station is a transfer station between Metro Batong Line and Metro Line 7, and the eastern terminal of the two metro lines. Metro Batong Line and Metro Line 7 are two underground arteries built in the central and southern areas of Beijing respectively, running in east-west direction and connecting the main urban area and the sub-center of the capital. The two lines are closely connected with many metros, light rails, and hubs in Beijing, and are strong supports for the construction of public transportation in the urban sub-center of the capital.

Ink paintings skillfully inspire the design to fully display Chinese characteristics and make it a fantasy station, the beginning of the journey through Universal Beijing Resort, and the start of a dream.

从站外看过去,环球影城站的屋檐流动起伏,仿佛山脉一样延伸开来;而从站内看,白色屋顶和装饰带给游客更多的未来感,头顶不断变化的彩色灯带和站内的发光座椅极具科技感。环球影城站采用灰色水磨石地面,搭配白色的墙壁和柱子,透露着简约风。Looking from the outside, the eaves of the station are flowing and undulating, extending like a mountain; while from the inside, the white roof and decorations give visitors a more futuristic feeling, with ever-changing colored light strips above head and luminous seats delivering a strong sense of technology. Grey terrazzo is used for the indoor floor, matching the white walls and pillars with pure simplicity.
消隐地景车站
LANDSCAPE-STYLE STATION INTERGRATED INTO A THEME PARK 环球影城站采用地景建筑设计手法,使庞大的体形消隐于周边环境当中,建筑仿佛自然生长出来,也为市民、游客提供了一个连续的公共绿化空间,避免了车站对城市景观的割裂,消除了传统车站的孤岛效应,使车站具有南北两个立面拥有两种不同的性格。With landscape-style architectural design, the huge shape of Universal Beijing Resort Station disappears in the surrounding environment. The building seems to grow naturally out of the earth, providing a continuous public green space for citizens and tourists. It thus avoids both the fragmentation of the urban landscape and the island effect of traditional stations. At the same time, it allows the station to display two distinct characters on the north and south facades.
南侧室外实景 south side of the station
南侧连接市政道路及绿化,低调消隐。北侧通过屋面两条自由曲线,活泼奔放。车站顶部设置采光天窗,将自然光引入车站内部,使车站内外的乘客在视觉上实现地面和地下共享、室内与室外的交融。On the south side, the station connects with municipal roads and greenery to keep a low profile in the city. On the north side, the two free curves of the roof look lively and unrestrained. The skylights on the top of the station were designed to introduce natural light into the interior of the station, so that passengers inside and outside the station can visually experience interaction between ground and underground spaces, and fusion between indoor and outdoor environments.

车站巧妙的将中国的自然山水与环球影城代表的科幻未来相结合,力求将车站建成梦幻之站,作为环球影城旅程的起点。环球影城站采用“以绿换绿”的设计理念,曲面钢结构屋盖分种植区及采光区,种植区达1万平方米,种植区草坪与环球主题公园内的绿化景观形成一体,将车站消隐于城市之中,既降低建筑能耗,又增加城市绿化空间。The station is a clever combination of China's natural landscape and the future of science fiction represented by Universal Beijing Resort to make it a fantasy station, the beginning of the journey through the resort. The station was designed with the concept “from Green to Green”. The curved steel structure roof is composed of a green space and a daylighting area. The 10,000m2 planted lawn is an extension of the green landscape in Universal Beijing Resort, camouflaging the station in the city, reduceing the energy consumption of the building, and increasing the urban green space.

钢结构屋面体系
STEEL STRUCTURE ROOF SYSTEM钢结构屋面可以分为集中天窗,点式侧排天窗以及种植屋面三个部分。8根伞状钢柱作为其主要支撑结构。
集中天窗玻璃分格采用平面投影 2.5 米 X1.25 米与结构体系模数对应,采用隐框设计,由圆管龙骨与主体结构连接。集中天窗南侧部分用了彩釉镀点玻璃,镀点间距2cm。
种植屋面最新的优化构造层外加280 厚轻质无机土外加 20 厚的草皮。
侧向排烟天窗的最终优化方案,为了解决北侧迎水面的问题,局部设计了 10 度反坡,并把卵石隔离层扩大到 300 毫米,三边设置。
The steel structure roof can be divided into three parts: central skylight, dotted side skylights, and green roof. The roof is supported by eight umbrella-shaped steel columns inside the station.
The planar projection size of each glass grid of the central skylight is 2.5m by 1.25m, corresponding to the modules of the structural system. It is a hidden frame design, connected to the main structure by round tube keel. Color-glazed dotted glass has been used partially on the south side of the central skylight, with a 2cm distance between dots.
The structural layer of the green roof was optimized for lightness: it is composed of a layer of 280mm thick light-weight organic soil and a layer of 20mm thick turf.
To solve the problem of the north facing a water surface, for the lateral smoke exhaust skylight, a 10-degree reverse slope was designed in specific areas, and the pebble isolation layer was thickened to 300mm and set on three sides.

由于南侧的构造防水做法,造成北侧边缘完成面总高度 1.87 米,为了降低檐口厚度,在深化阶段进行了多方案比对,最后采取玻璃面局部反坡,并设置了排水檐构,檐口使用结构封边梁,为确保喷涂防火涂料后的效果封边梁外包钛锌复合板。
The waterproof structure on the south side resulted in a total height of 1.87 meters on the north edge of the finished surface. To reduce the thickness of the cornice, multiple schemes have been compared during the deepening stage. Finally, the designers adopted a partial reverse slope of the glass surface, installed a drainage eave structure, and used a structural edge banding beam. To ensure effective spraying of fireproof coating, the edge banding beam was covered with a layer of titanium-zinc composite board.

环球影城站采用天窗和玻璃幕墙的设计,使环球影城站站内明亮,玻璃屋顶起伏,增加视觉感受的通透性。车站于北侧和顶部设置了大面积的玻璃幕墙,可以最大限度地引入自然光线,同时在站厅与站台间的楼扶梯洞口处,设计大面积的开洞,使自然光可以直接射至站台候车空间,为地下公共环境带来多姿多彩的光环境氛围。Skylights and glass curtain walls make the station bright; the undulating glass roof enhances the visual experience with increased transparency. The large glass curtain wall on the north side and top of the station bring in natural light to the maximum. 平面流线设计 CIRCULATION DESIGN环球影城站为了应对高峰小时4万人大客流,车站采用了进出站分开的流线组织模式,在北侧设置有两个出站区域和三个进站区域。车站为地下两层明挖岛式,地下二层为站台层,分别设置北京地铁7号线和北京地铁1号线八通线的站台,车站均设置为岛式站台;地下一层为站厅层,换乘方式为站厅换乘 ,站厅公共区通过南侧地道与南侧下沉广场平接。To accommodate the huge traffic flow of 40,000 passengers during peak hours, Universal Beijing Resort Station design follows an organization of circulation where the inbound flow is separated from the outbound flow. There are two outbound areas and three inbound areas on the north side. The two underground floors of the station were designed in an open-cut island structure. B2 is the platform floor, including separate platforms for Beijing Metros 7 and 8, all being island platforms. B1 is a hall floor where passengers transfer between metro lines. The public area of the station hall is connected to the sunken plaza on the south side at the same level through a tunnel.

环球影城站设有6个出入口,车站结构外包尺寸宽72.5m,长266.5m。车站总建筑面积为38882平方米。其中站厅层公共区面积11355平米。屋面总面积 12955平方米 其中绿植屋面 8305平方米。With six entrances and exits, Universal Beijing Resort Station is 72.5m wide and 266.5m long (overall structure dimension) with a total building area of 38,882 m² - of which the public area of the station hall is 11,355 m². The total roof area is 12,955 m², including a 8,305m² green roof.

环球影城站设置在一块形如三角的区域内,是真正意义上第一座位于大型主题公园内部的地铁站;同时车站与过街天桥一样是环球影城主题公园的主要入口,是进入公园的重要前奏空间;因此,环球影城站不只是提供交通空间,它属于主题公园,更属于城市,是复合型的公共空间 。Universal Beijing Resort Station, designed in a triangular area, is the first metro station truly located inside a large theme park. Just like the overpass, the station is a main entrance to Universal Beijing Resort and a prelude to the tour of the resort. Therefore, Universal Beijing Resort Station is not only a traffic space, but also an integral part of the theme park and the city, making it a mixed public space.
