On June 6, the official website of National Health and Family Planning Commission distributed a notice on the implementation of the clinical pathway of diseases( hereinafter referred to as the Notice). After the transaction, the main products of TMSP will be extended to Chinese herbal medicine field.
5. Human-well Health-care invested a subsidiary in the United States
Human-well Health-care（600079）announced on June 23 that its wholly owned subsidiary Human-well Health-care(USA) and BLUE RIDGE signed Joint Venture and Shareholders Agreement and it plans to participate in the establishment of joint venture company “Hanfu Rende” In the United States. The equity ratio of Human-well Health-care(USA) is 24.63%.
