街区更新的面貌呈现“网红化”的趋势，作为建筑设计的从业人员，这是我们能够捕捉到的一个现象。我把整个题目拆为三个关键词来寻找答案：网红化、街区、趋势。

——网红化。网红化呈现方式是多样的，从视觉到体验类，到感知类，再到一种新的生活方式的呈现。我把网红化看作“人类一个个的欲望”，这是站在市民的角度来看。在创造网红化的资本力量的眼里，我把它总结为“市场的一个个刺激点”，当然这里的欲望和刺激点都属于中性词。
