Responsibilities:
Manage a team of algo/software engineers, including task planning and code reviews in our US office.
Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
Work closely with the product management team to ensure we are building the best products.
Work with engineering team in Asia at a flexible time frame.
A strong manager with ability to lead, coach, guide, influence by examples.
Contribute technically to company level key projects.

Basic Skills:
Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, C++, or Objective-C.
Technical management experience of managing teams.

Other qualifications:
MA/MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
Deep experience in one or more of the following: cloud, web application development, security, networking, robotics, embedded systems, real time computing, machine learning, computer vision.
Management, leadership, and team building experience.
Extensive knowledge of Windows, Unix/Linux, Android, or iOS environments
A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design and a track record of original and breakthrough work.
People management skills, proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
Experience in machine learning, especially computer vision, is a plus.
Minimum 8-year of working experience.
