请问，你为什么要换工作？
上一次，我们讲到在面试过程中，考官让你做自我介绍时，我们该怎么回答。
今天，我们来继续第二个问题Why did you leave you last job？（你为什么离职）或者 Why are you looking for a new job?（你为什么要找新的工作）
这个问题在面试中也是很常见的，通过了解面试人离职的原因，可以大概推断出来这个人适不适合。
当然，为了得到面试官的青睐，作为被面试的一方，就应该努力留下好印象。
那么，当被问到这个问题是时，具体要如何回答呢？
首先，我们需要明确一件事情，即我们回答这个问题的目标：To minimize any problems and to show that you had positive reasons for leaving previous positions.将问题最小化，并表明你有积极的理由离开之前的职位。
为了达到这个目标，在回答这个问题的时候就需要注意以下几个方面。
1. Mention positive reasons for leaving.提及离职的积极原因。
你可以跟面试官说，你想接受新的挑战；尝试在不同的领域或者方面运用你所学到的工作技能；也可以说自己想要更大的发展空间等等。
2. Never criticize supervisors, co-workers, or the company/organization.千万不要批评上司、同事或公司/组织。
即使你的老板或者同事真的是个混蛋，你也不能在面试的时候说出来。
这会让你的面试官觉得你是个很消极的人。
况且，谁也不愿意与一个会在背后说自己坏话的人一起工作。
即使你找不到一些积极的原因，那你至少可以说一些客观原因。
例如，你搬家了；公司换地方了等等。
这些回答都不会让对方有什么异议。
3. Don’t mention major problems with management.不要提及管理方面的主要问题。
无论哪个公司都不可能让所有人百分百满意，对你来说是问题，对于其他人可能就不是。
如果你告诉对方自己因为公司的管理问题而离职，那么TA就会考虑，你在新公司会不会以为同样的问题而离职。
4. Use the right words so you don’t sound self-serving.使用正确的词语。
如果你说“I left to seek better opportunities”（我离开是为了寻找更好的机会。）这样会显得你太自我。
如果你说“I'm looking for a situation which will use more of my skills and experience.”（我希望能找到一个能够更多地发挥我的能力与经验的职位。）
总之，说一些更积极的理由，不要让面试官觉得你是个不靠谱的人。
5. Turn this into an opportunity to tell the interviewer about your skills and abilities, if possible.如果可能的话，利用这个机会告诉面试官你的能力。
虽然我们的问题是“你为什么离开你的上一份工作”，但是，你可以在你的回答中增加一些信息，说明为什么你是这个工作的最佳人选。
与上次一样，你的回答要简短，否则面试官可能会认为你在找借口。
综合以上几点，我们来看两个范例：

Sample Answer 1:
I’ve been with Lotadoe for over five years and I’ve enjoyed working there. I learned a lot about software development and how to work effectively with my colleagues.

About two years ago, I began getting interested in other aspects of design and started learning about new ways that the field is creating and developing new designs. I completed training that qualifies me to oversee other types of projects than the ones I work on now at Lotadoe.

The primary reason I left Michmuney Company was because the company went through a restructuring and my position was eliminated. Up to that point,however, I had a very good track record and received positive employee evaluations each of the three years I worked there.
