南方科技大学物理系计算物理/计算材料科学方向计划招聘若干名从事以下研究的研究序列教授（研究助理教授、研究副教授）和博士后人员。
Transport physics of electron, phonon and ion;
Electronic and atomistic study on energy conversion & storage materials, including thermoelectric materials, electrode/electrolyte materials for Li batteries, and catalysis materials;
Novel functionality of compounds and various heterostructures;
High-throughput approach and data mining in innovative materials research;
Fundamentals of multiscale materials simulation including code developments.
计算物理/计算材料科学方向开展多尺度材料模拟和材料设计相关研究，具体内容涉及能量转换和储存材料（热电、锂电、和催化等）、化合物和各种异质结构的新奇性能和结构-功能关系等，研究方法包括第一原理计算和分子动力学等, 并开展高通量材料计算和材料数据挖掘等。相关研究与实验紧密结合，并与国内外著名学术机构有密切交流和合作。
待遇和要求：
研究序列教授
研究助理教授的年薪约25~30万，具体面议；
研究副教授的年薪约35~40万，具体面议；
要求具有海外或国内知名大学/研究机构博士后或工作经历。
博士后
中国籍博士后的年薪不低于24万，优秀者可申请校长卓越博士后，年薪可达30万/年。享受正式教职工待遇。
外籍博士后工资另议，请直接联系。
其它相关福利待遇按学校规定执行，符合条件者可申请深圳政府高层次人才、孔雀人才计划等政策待遇。

Research assistant/associateprofessor and postdoctor position available in the field of computational physics& computational materials science at Physics Department of SouthernUniversity of Science and Technology of China
Research Assistant/Associate Professor(RAP) and postdoctor positions are available inthe field of computational physics & computational materials science atPhysics Department of Southern University of Science and Technology of China (SUSTech),Shenzhen. Both China citizen and people from other countries are welcome.
Areas of interest include, but are notlimited to the following topics.
Transport physics of electron, phononand ion;
Electronic and atomistic study onenergy conversion & storage materials, including thermoelectric materials,electrode/electrolyte materials for Li batteries, and catalysis materials;
Novel functionality of compounds andvarious heterostructures;
High-throughput approach and datamining in innovative materials research;
Fundamentals of multiscale materialssimulation including code developments.
The requiredqualifications include a PhD degree in physics, materials science or closelyrelated areas, and strong background in the practice of first-principlescalculations and molecule dynamics.
SUSTech offerscompetitive salary, in the range of 250-300k /350-400k RMB for ResearchAssistant/Associate Professor with potential extra bonus, depending on thecandidate's qualifications. Excellent candidates qualified for different talentplans may also receive a bonus package (tax free) totaling 1.6-2 million RMB (~240-300k USD), to be distributed annually over 5 years. This position can befunded for a three-year period initially, with a possibility for extensionpending acceptable performance.
The annualsalary for qualified postdoctorfellowship is 240k RMB or higher.
