SoC Backend Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

- High performance Micro Processor physical design floorplan, Place&Route.

- Synthesis and Static Timing Analysis.

- Power integrity analysis and physical verification.

- Collaboration with global implementation teams and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent from Micro Electronics.

- Experienced in Digital SoC implementation.

- Expertise in at least one of these area, RTL design & verification, Synthesis, STA, Floorplan, P&R, Power integrity.

- Enthusiastic, creative, motivated and result-oriented.

Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement and verify analog/mixed-signal IP.

- Provide technical guidance to layout, application, and validation engineers.

- Create thorough review documentation and follow established design flow.

- Interface with digital & SOC team to define architecture.

- Evaluate and validate designs in the lab and identify any deviations from requirements and implement corrective actions.

- Support production team to develop test plan and failure analysis for final products.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.

- Thorough understanding of analog and mixed signal design.

- Strong skills in designing various analog/mixed-signal blocks.

- Familiar with design/simulation/verification tools.

- Lab and test equipment skills for debug, characterization, and validation of designs.

- Good English written and oral communication skill.

- Enthusiastic, creative, motivated and result-oriented.

System & Architecture Engineer 

(Battery Management System)

Responsibilities:

- Promote existing product portfolio to potential new customers in order to grow market share, defining product derivatives when appropriate and providing guidance in their system architecture to match products performance.

- Support existing customers in helping them solve application and system specific issues that they may encounter during the lifetime of the product.

- Develop product demonstration kit, models and system solution for end customers, based on in-depth knowledge of Battery Management System and embedded systems.

- Work with customers, field sales, FAEs, product definers, design engineers and the product line manager to support a family of power products for the business unit to plan roadmaps, specify new products and secure design wins.

- Perform requirements analysis and tradeoffs, create system level requirements descriptions, and work with product definers to create product specifications. Perform deep competitive analysis and provide plans and directions to drive market based solutions.

- Create customer facing technical documents such as data sheets, application notes, contributed articles and conference papers and contribute to reference designs and demos.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in with Automotive Electronics, and in-depth knowledge over System Architecture and IC components.

- Specific skillset and knowledge, including  electronics HW&SW, Functional Safety or EMC validation & rectification.

- Skills and experience on market exploration with sense of urgency.

- Skills and experience on electronics design, as PCB hardware and software development.

- Knowledge on typical applications, as ECUs or modules in Automotive, Industry or Consumer market.

- Good academic background is admired, as R&D project experience and professional articles publish.

- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written. Fluent English is admired.

- Successful track record of customer satisfaction through direct customer technical support.

Product/Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Work with worldwide cross-functional teams, Product, Design, Application, Process and QA engineers on new silicon development from early phases of product definition to production phase.

- Responsible for testing related software (test program) & hardware (probe card/load board) design, development and implementation from engineering to production with target test time & cost according the organization standards.

- Deploy automotive quality mindset to project team members and to daily work.

- Keep up to date with new developments on testing methods and technologies.

- Execute characterization, R&R, etc.

- Drive NPI development, with valuable contributions on Design for test, quality, reliability, production etc. aspects.

- Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect requirement.

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work.

- Support production test partners such as FAB, MFG, foundry and test house.

- Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to solve New Product Introduction challenges.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related discipline.

- Knowledge of and experience in Analogue/Mixed Signal/RF measurement techniques relevant experience in required application domain, automotive environment knowledge preferred.

- Test instrumentation techniques and methodology is a must.

- Strong experience with industrialization and testing of components or IC’s on industrial testers.

- Strong statistical knowledge is a must.

- Good communication of English both in writing and speaking in a global working environment.

- Strong synthesis and analysis skills.

- Communicative in all layers of the organization and team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.

- Pro-active, hands-on mentality.

- Quality conscious, aware of the need for a good working atmosphere.

- Result orientated, business mind set.

- Enthusiastic and disciplined team worker.
