MPU Systems Engineering Intern

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Ramp up capability listed in below after the internship.

• Perform test activities such as Ethernet/HDMI/USB/SATA/DDR/PCIE/LVDS compliance test, Power subsystem, signal integrity, environmental, mechanical and reliability tests, safety compliance, etc.

• Write and publish test reports that are complete and accurate to meet the requirements of validation plans

• Providing logistical support on deployed development platforms and reference designs. Such as electronic components sourcing, SMT follow up and board test

• Designing add-on and supplementary boards for development platforms

• Assisting the Hardware team with platform updates, which include driving and coordinating activities for board rework, test, and re-deployment

Requirements:

• At least 3 working days per week, and >6 months’ internship duration.

• Basic boards rework and solder skill.

• Basic Board-level debugs capability.

• Familiar or willing to learn diagnostic equipment such as  Multimeter, Oscilloscope,  etc.

• Communication/ Negotiation skill on electronic components sample request and sourcing.

• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Basic Cadence Orcad and Allegro knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Signal Integrity and Power Integrity knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Software background with Windows* and Linux operating systems, as well as some working knowledge of programming and scripting languages (for example, C, BASIC, Perl, and others) would be an added advantage.

• System knowledge in SOC, tablet, Automotive, Set-Top-Box and Digital TV platforms would be an added advantage.

MPU Systems Engineering Intern

Location: Tianjin

Responsibilities:

• Applications development based on NXP MCU and MPU.

• Documenting design and technical application documents.

• Support systems engineer for general applications and segment applications.

• Platform benchmark for MCU or MPU.

Requirements:

• At least 3 working days per week, and >6 months’ internship duration.

• Strong programming skills on C or C++ language.

• Good knowledge of microcontroller architecture, peripherals and systems.

• Linux or Android base is a plus.

• Excellent communications and presentation skills.

• Experience in NXP, Freescale, TI, ST, Microchip, Renesas or Toshiba MCU is preferred.

MCU Software Test Intern

Location: Suzhou

Responsibilities:

• Develop test cases and tools for new modules, cover all new functionalities and features.

• Porting test cases to the new MCU products, continue improving test cases to increase the test coverage.

• Execute test for relevant drivers, applications and middleware frameworks for global MCU (i.MX-RT series, Kinetis series, LPC series) projects. And report bugs via JIRA tickets.

Requirements:

• At least 4 working days per week, and >3 months’ internship duration.

• Good knowledge in C/Python, Data Structure, Operating System Theory and concept of embedded system development.

Product / Test Intern

Location: Tianjin

• Test program study and development.

• Admin software development.

• Production line troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• At least 3 working days per week, and >6 months’ internship duration.

• Good communication and team spirit.

• Good command of English writing and reading.

• Good team work with cross team.

Process Intern

Location: Tianjin

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical solution in engineering to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals.

• Investigate & analyze process & equipment, to implement engineering qual & project as required.

• Support FOL shift daily production.

• Lead improvement project.

• New products program setup and follow up.

• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements：

• At least 3 working days per week, and >6 months’ internship duration.

• Hard working and diligent, good ownership and teamwork.

• Effective communication and feedback.

• Strong desire to learn more and good discipline.

• Good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus.

• Process statistical control knowledge is preferred.

• Microsoft office skills is required.

EHS System Intern

Location: Tianjin

• EHS system maintenance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 working days per week, and >6 months’ internship duration.

• IT related background, well known about Android and Java.

• It would be preferred to whom familiar with Grails.

Packaging Intern

Responsibilities:

• New packaging technology development.

• New package related process development.

• Advanced material interface study.

• Advanced IC package failure analysis.

• Coordinate/lead development project independently.

•  Communication/cooperation among global teams (US/Europe/Malaysia/Japan/France/etc.).

Requirements:

• At least 3 working days per week, and >6 months’ internship duration.

• Intention and capability to work in a cross-functional/global team environment.

• Independent R&D capability.

• At least CET-4 degree or equivalent English level and CET-6 is preferred.

• Project management and team management experience in university social activities. 

• Statistic analysis experience, GB/BB is preferred.

Equipment Intern

Location: Tianjin

Responsibilities:

• Regular equipment maintenance and continues improvement.

• Keep product line equipment run efficiently.

• Analyze and resolve problem with equipment to reach zero defect.

• Coordinate with equipment supplier to improve equipment capacity.

Requirements:

• Related working experience is preferred.

• Good communication and team spirit.

• Good command of English writing and reading.

Finance Intern

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• F&A document archive.

• Concur report registration.

• VAT invoice verification.

• other ad hoc jobs.

Requirements:

• At least 1 working days per week, and >6 months’ internship duration.
