For the past fourteen years, the Canadian International School of Beijing has offered an academically challenging and fun-filled educational Summer Camp for students in and around the Beijing area. This year, we are proud to once again offer Kindergarten Creative camp and Summer Enrichment camps, a separate entity; we will offer KET, PET, SSAT (Middle & Upper Levels), IELTS, TOEFL and SAT training. As one of the leading educational institutions in Beijing, our main focus is to serve and provide children with the highest educational standard possible in an environment suited to healthy and well-rounded growth. Our Summer Camp teachers are all experienced and university trained.

101 Kindergarten Creative Camp
With CISB’s unique Creative Camp, children will enjoy learning and discovering. The Program includes Phonics/Reading, Creative English Workshop, Chinese Language/Culture, Arts and Crafts, Music, Physical Education, ★Lacy Creative Block, @Kung Fu, @Swimming, @Gymnastics and #Mad Science. ★For K1-K3 classes @For K3-K7 classes #For K4-K7 classes
This unique fun-filled Phonics class will be taught at two levels. Beginner level Phonics class teaches the basic phonetic sounds of English, and helps students distinguish between the name and sound of letters and writing letters. Completing the Intermediate level phonics class will prepare children to read common sentences found in age-appropriate English books.

101幼儿园创意夏令营
孩子们将在我们CISB独一无二的幼儿园创意夏令营里享受学习和发现的乐趣。该课程包括发音/阅读、创意英语学习组，中国的语音/文化、工艺美术、音乐、体育运动、创意积木（K1-3）、功夫（K3-7）、游泳（K3-7）、体操（K3-7）疯狂科学（K4-7） 。
语音课程独特而充满乐趣，将开设两个水平的班级。初级班教授英语的基本语音：姓名和字母的发音之间的区别和书写字母。中级发音班将会带着孩子阅读适合孩子年龄段的英文书中的句子。

201 Key English Test (Pre-KET or KET) for Grades 1-2
A2 Key, formerly known as Cambridge English: Key (KET), is one of our Cambridge English Qualifications. An A2 Key qualification is proof of your ability to use English to communicate in simple situations. The exam tests all four English language skills – reading, writing, listening and speaking. It provides a good foundation to study for other future professional English qualifications and to study for future English Language examinations such as PET, IELTS and TOEFL.
The course goes for approximately 3 weeks (6 hours per day including 1.5 hours Daily Activties) with the aim of intensely providing students with all the vocabulary, language skills and grammar they need to take the KET class with ease. This course consists of intense study focusing on 6 key areas: grammar, writing, reading, listening, speaking, and vocabulary. Students will learn 15 different topics commonly according to KET reading, speaking, listening and writing questions.

The SAT is the benchmark assessment for high school students planning to enrol in American universities. On average, students with a score of above 1450 have a higher chance to enter the top 20 Universities in the America. The demand and competition for U.S. higher education has been increasingly high over the past few years, therefore students who receive a high score in the SAT will significantly increase their chance for securing a spot in their ideal university.
The course will run for 3 weeks, Monday-Friday 08:30am-15:30pm, for a total of 90 hours. This class will be taught by four expert SAT tutors.
