AICO Shenzhen has grown into a comprehensive architecture practice with over 70 creative minds. As one of the innovative design teams in the Greater Bay Area, our specialized areas including urban planning, large-scale mixed-use development, retail and interior design. 资深设计总监

岗位职责：
1. 在公司战略方针的指引下，协助Associate Principal制定及推动团队发展方向，把控团队设计质量的高度；
2. 协助Associate Principal负责部分项目设计生产管理，包括人力配置、内外部资源协调、项目进度和质量把控、项目风险管控；
3. 协助Associate Principal进行团队项目的经营核算以及成本控制；

任职资格：
1. 本科或以上学历，8年以上建筑方案工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验；

Senior Director
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Associate Principal in formulating and promoting the development direction of the team and controlling the design quality, under the guidance of the company's strategic policy.
2. Assist the Associate Principal in design and production management, including human resource allocation, internal and external resource coordination, project schedule and quality control, and project risk control.
3. Assist the Associate Principal in the operation accounting and cost control of the projects.
4. Assist the Associate Principal in market development and customer maintenance.
5. Assist the Associate Principal in team building, culture building and staff recruitment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years working experience in architectural design, more than 3 years team management experience.
2. Experienced in architectural design projects with wide professional knowledge; experience in landing and promoting multiple complex large-scale mixed-use projects.
3. Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, able to give quick and accurate feedback on the owner's intention and provide solutions.
4. Strong ability to develop the market for architectural design and customer service awareness.
5. Strong work initiative and enterprise, strong learning ability and judgment ability, able to withstand intense work pressure.

建筑主创
工作地点：深圳
岗位职责：
1. 带领组员完成大中型项目方案创作（投标、概念设计阶段）；
2. 带领组员完成大中型项目创意、概念、立面设计等子项；
3. 独立完成与甲方的日常沟通、汇报和协调工作；
4. 对小团队进行日常管理以及项目管理。
任职资格：
1. 建筑学本科及以上学历；
2. 有海归背景或3年以上大型外资设计公司前端工作经验，具有一定的项目管理能力和团队管理能力；
3. 能独立承担商业公建方案设计，擅长项目设计组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求；
4. 有一定的工程技术经验和能力；
5. 善于沟通协调，有能力把握设计潮流，把控设计效果，并带领项目团队加以实现；

Senior Associate
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1. As a team leader, to complete the concept design in the medium and large-scale mixed-use projects (bidding and concept design stage).
2. As a team leader, mainly responsible for the creative conceptual design and facade design in the medium and large-scale mixed-use projects
3. Independently complete daily communication, reporting and coordination task with the client..
4. Responsible for daily management and project management of team members.
Qualifications:
1 Bachelor degree or above in architecture.
2. Returnee or more than 3 years concept design working experience in large foreign design companies, with certain project management ability and team management ability.
3. Able to independently undertake mixed-use project design, good at project design organization and management, able to accurately understand project and the needs of client.
4. Certain technical experience and ability is required.
5. Good at communication and coordination, with the ability to keep up with design trends, control design effects and lead the project team to achieve them.

室内 Interior
室内主创（商业设计方向）
工作地点：深圳
岗位职责：
1. 主持、参与项目设计全程，包含前期概念整合、方案深化、施工图纸方案实现审核、材料选样等工作；
2. 与甲方及施工方保持积极有效沟通、确保项目良好推进；
3. 参与项目现场交底、根据现场条件提供变更图纸及建议；
4. 预判并提示项目风险，发现问题、解决问题；
5. 参与室内方案设计团队的文档规范及出图标准；
6. 定期培训下属设计师，参与团队设计能力及沟通能力的整体提升。
任职要求：
1. 全日制统招本科学历及以上，建筑学，环艺设计，设计学相关专业，国内外一流大学优先，国外名校海归背景加分；
2. 5年以上室内设计工作经验，有大中型商业综合体、购物中心项目的室内设计方案创作及中标经验；
3. 了解项目全过程的设计流程，对项目前期设计有良好的控制与管理能力，能组织、协调团队完成方案设计，有完整方案管控经验优先；
4. 具备优秀的室内设计能力和视野，对室内设计有执著的追求，有独到的创作思路及理念；
5. 工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和判断能力，有进取精神和事业心；
6. 具备优秀的团队管理和领导能力；
7. 具有较强的客户服务合作意识。
Senior Associate (Retail Design)
Location：Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1. In-depth involvement in mixed-use projects through all stages of design and construction, including concept design, schematic design, construction drawings review, material selection and other work.
2. Maintain active and effective communication with the clients and consultants to ensure good project progress.
3. Participate in project site delivery, provide drawings revision and suggestions according to site conditions.
4. Prejudge and suggest project risks, possess excellent problem solving skills.
5. Participate in the documentation and drawing standards of the interior design team.
6. Provide regular training to junior designers and participate in the overall improvement of the team's design and communication skills.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in architecture, environmental design, or relevant majors, and first-class universities at domestic and abroad are preferred, from oversea famous universities are a plus.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in interior design, with experience in creating and winning interior design competitions for large and medium-sized mixed-use complexes and shopping centers projects.
3. Understand the whole process of project design, good control and management ability for concept design, able to organize and coordinate the team to complete the schematic design, with complete program control experience is preferred.
4. Excellent interior design skills and vision, persistent pursuit of interior design, unique creative ideas and concepts.
5. Strong work initiative, good learning ability and judgment, and enterprising spirit.
6. Excellent team management and leadership skills.
7. Strong sense of cooperation in customer service.
