TALK 是由德旺图书馆与Utalk协会联合举办的英语交流活动，旨在通过英语学习和口语练习，为广大英语爱好者提供一个可以大胆说英语的空间和机会，从而提升同学们“说英语”、“用英语”的能力。活动每周一晚上举办，通过话题讨论、主题分享、互动游戏等方式，满足校区师生跨语言、跨文化交际的需要。
