It's easy.

首先，登录深圳市市场监督管理局官网，通过“开办企业一窗通”端口进入填报设立企业信息。

First, visit the official website of the Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation and make your way to the "Start a Business" one-stop service section.

自主填报公章、税务、社保、公积金、预约银行开户。

Then, you can enter necessary information for setting up your business, including official seal, taxation, social security and provident fund, and also make an online appointment to open your account.

您可以选择线上全流程电子签名或线下非全流程办理。

You have the option to choose online seamless e-signature or offline non-seamless processing.

在您完成公司设立后，市市场监管局将企业信息同步共享至相关部门。企业一次办理多部门事务，让信息多跑路群众少跑腿。

After your company is established, the Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation will share the enterprise information with relevant departments, to enable you to engage with multiple government offices at one time.

This seamless process reduces the need for repeated information submission and minimizes the burden on individuals.

1. 企业类别、类型选择外资-外资公司

1. Business category/type: select foreign-funded - foreign-funded company. 

申报名称后进入企业基本信息申报界面

After declaring your company name, you will enter the interface for submitting its basic enterprise information.

4. 选择全流程网上电子签名（纸质材料办理的，请选择“预约办理”）

5. 下载“未签名的申请表”进行电子签名、提交申请

5. Download a copy of the "Application Form to be Signed". Ensure it is signed electronically and submitted.
