Detailed uide to the “TIDE” beach music festival
Thank you for paying your attention to the Fun Parties! We have planned constantly events in the coming Sep, Oct and Nov till long!
The “TIDE” music festival is happening at the same time with the very first time of the Wa FangDian Beer Festival. Which is organized by the Wa FangDian government and tourist administration.
The “TIDE” music festival is organized by the Fun Parties Co. LTD, at the beach of the General Rock Hot Spring Hotel. from Aug 15th till 23rd. During the period on the 15th and 22nd as 2 big BEACH MUSIC PARTIES we are inviting all of you to join us.
Please pay your close attention to the chapter Nine. “Keep yourself safe”, thank you!

Chapter One. Entertainment
■ Aug 15th & 22nd (the two weekend large music festival events)
In the each of the event, 20 DJs would keep playing none stop for 16 hours with different types of music.
On the 15th, Large Bonfire (3 meters tall) and fireworks;
On the 22nd, night glowing beach as the theme.
■ Weekdays (16th – 21st)
Free shuttle buses round trip form the beer festival site and music festival site (7 KM away). Go to the beer festival for the shows, beers and food! With the ticket to the music festival, free entrance to the beer festival!
General Rock hot spring hotel, horses riding, visit the Green House, Sea water hot spring, 10 minutes walking distance inside around.
In the night time sit surround the bonfire, light music, every night is party.
Site clearing each night at around 6 PM, except the staff and who bought the set tickets, the others need to leave. Please schedule in advance.
■ Camping
On the 15th and 22nd, bring your own tents camping free at the designated area on the beach. Weekdays 100/day & night.
Tents rental, 200/day & night (as 2 people tent), reserve and deposit in advance only.
Recommend to bring your own tent. You may also find the tents sell on the site.
Near future events all going to involve the tents, get your won for now, save money in the future!
■ Beach & TIDE
Length of the Beach is about 2km. Soft sand only. We have set up the volleyball net. Falling tide at around 10 am every day, water goes 200 meters away give you great chance for shell fishing or crabbing. Rising tide at about 2pm, water comes back at 50 meters right in front of you. The name “TIDE” of this music festival is coming from it.
It is really rare to find such beautiful site in the downtown.
■ Sunset, Bonfire, Fireworks
Sunset at the horizon is the best!
Normal size of the bonfire will be provided every night.
Sit around bonfire, play guitars, drink and dance every night, let’s party all the summer!
■ Music Festival
The TIDE is the second Music Festival in DaLian. Friends must still remember the first of it – Eden.
This time we combine different styles, from early afternoon lazy lounge, to the evening moving hip hop, till the end late night house and electronic, let’s dance till the dawn!
■ Night Glowing Beach
On the 22nd we are building a Night Glowing Beach! With the night falls you will see night glowing little objects full of the beach. We will also offer you some night glowing paint to paint on your body! Let’s make it magical!
■ Water Sport
Jet Ski, sailboard, windsurfing, water jetting, we have series water sports are waiting for you at the beer festival site – the base of windsurfing training.
Professional water sport coaches are stand by all the time!
■ Beer Festival
It will be the very first time of the beer festival happens in Wa FangDian city. You may find various Shows, Foods, Beers, Music. Also fresh sea food just came out of the sea, vegetables and fruits just be picked up. Cold beers are the most amazing in the summer, but don’t drink too much!
■ Hot Spring
General Rock Hot Spring is one of the only two seawater hot spring in the whole country. Dip in the hot spring, sweat all over, come out with a cold beer!
■ Horses riding
Horses riding course length 800 meters, all the horses are retired racing horse. Ride on the, you will be general yourself at the General Rock!
Chapter Two. How Much for everything

■ Water Sports at the Beer Festival site
All the friends who have Music festival entrance tickets will have discount at the beer festival site. Please read the signs of how much the discount is at each of them. Each of them closes at 5pm every day, please arrange your time. Ask the staff in the site for more.

Jet ski: 100/10 minutes(designated area)

■ Horses riding in the hotel
In the course: 100/round 800 meters
Field: 400/3hours

Chapter Three. How to get Tickets?
■ Tickets start selling on Jul 25th. Please find the most convenient ticket office for yourself.

■ We are offering more convenient ticket selling offices in the soonest future, please keep your eyes on the Wechat platform for more.
■ Please read carefully at what wrote on the tickets for the safety notice. Please sign your full name as you have fully understood of the safety notice. Ask the staff for more.
Chapter Four. What is the music?
20DJs from different countries, will keep spinning from the early afternoon 14 pm, with different types fo music till the next dawn!
Start with soft lazy lounge in the afternoon while you having sun bath, turn to the evening hip hop getting a bit hot, also Latin takes you to the dance floor, then the whole night House and electronic all night long!
The next morning music starts from 10 am, till afternoon we get on the way back home.
Chapter Five. What are the food options? And how much?
■ Various of Local food, fresh sea food and BBQ!
■ Food from more than 10 different countries! Cooked by themselves! From Ethiopia, Slovakia, Zambia, Belarus… you have never been to Ethiopia before? No worries, you may try the food cooked by the beautiful Ethiopian girl at the music festival site!
■ All the prices are pretty low, from 10 – 30 different. The point is, Fun Parties hoping you spend the lowest, but have the most of Fun!
■ Notice, we DO NOT accept cash in the whole site for your own safety. All the consuming places accept coupons only. You may find coupons exchanging stand easily, and exchange your cash into coupons. Bank cards are also work. Every night at the certain time you may exchange the coupons back to cash.
Chapter Six. What are the drinks options? And how much?
■ Beers! Cocktails! Shots! And other none alcohol drinks!
Chinese made beers (light) 10-20/cup;
Imported beers (strong) 30/can;
Cocktails 20-40/cup;
Shots 20/shot
■ Notice, for all our safety, glasses is not allowed. All the drinks will be contain in the plastic cups. Mind the environmental, please recycling your cup, our earth will thank you!
■ we DO NOT accept cash in the whole site for your own safety. All the consuming places accept coupons only. You may find coupons exchanging stand easily, and exchange your cash into coupons. Bank cards are also work. Every night at the certain time you may exchange the coupons back to cash.
Chapter Seven. What is the transportation?
■ Round trip buses are included in the tickets. 2 hours driving trip.
■ On both 15th and 22nd, buses start from 10am, set off once it gets full. The last bus sets off at 11am, please dont be late.
■ Bus stop picking spot is at one of the tickets office: DaLian’s Night. Address is in the chapter 3.
■ On both 16th and 23rd, return bus starts at 3 pm, set off once it gets full. The last bus sets off at 6pm, don’t miss it.
■ Notice: Bus ticket for return attaches on the ticket. Show the entrance ticket for the bus to the site. Show the bus ticket for the bus back home. Please keep your bus tickets very safe, it is not re buyable.
■ Driving: search ”瓦房店将军石温泉酒店”
■ Recommend all the friends choose the bus, so that we may party and get drunk till the next morning! DO NOT drunk drive!
■ Hoping to go there on your own: taxi fee from downtown to the site is about 400 maybe more. Maybe the train is more convenient, but the writer has no idea about how much and how long it takes. Also I have no idea about how to get to the site after the train. So for saving your money and energy, please take the buses we arranged for you.
Chapter Eight. The shelter?
■ Bring your own tents, on the night of 15th and 22nd, camping for free! But you have to camp in the designated area. From 16th till 21st, camping fee is 100/tent for 2 people.
■ Tents rental, 200/day & night (as 2 people tent), reserve and deposit in advance only. We will only refund the deposit if the tent is fine when it returns, and it is clean around your tent.
■ How to order a reservation, pay the deposit at any ticket office, add the platform, text straight into the platform with your full name, date, number of people, and contact phone number. Then wait for our reply text message as the confirmation. Please reserve in advance! We DO NOT have plenty of tents for rental.
■ Recommend to bring your own tent. You may also find the tents sell on the site.
■ Near future events all going to involve the tents, get your won for now, save money in the future!
■ Please DO NOT remain your valuables in the tent, no one is able to keep the eye on them. Please keep them with yourself!
■ Hotel rooms reservation are available. Please notice, we DO NOT have plenty of rooms, reserve in advance! pay the deposit at any ticket office, add the platform, text straight into the platform with your full name, date, type of the room, number of people, and contact phone number. Then wait for our reply text message as the confirmation.

■ Certainly with the entrance tickets you may have a certain discount. Please read the signs at the receptions.
■ Except bring your own tent, please reserve in advance! DO NOT joke with your own sleeping rest!
Chapter Nine. Keep yourself safe!!!!
■ Any type of drug is forbidden in the whole event.
■ Security check at the entrance, all the drugs, liquid, glass production, controlled knifes, weapons are NOT allowed.
■ You need any type of help, go straight to our staff. From the working permit on the chest you may easily find us.
■ We have medical equipments and police force at the site for help.
■ In the water, if anything please shout loud, we have lifeguards stand by.
■ Drunk swim is strongly NOT allowed.
■ DO NOT enter the deep water area after 8pm.
■ Safety notices are written on the tickets, please read them carefully and sign your full name as your fully understood.
■ Your safety is the basically principle of the Fun Parties Group.
Chapter Ten. The notices.
■ Please mind the buses setting off time, get ready in advance.
■ Please mind shelters reservation in advance.
■ Please mind your own safety.
■ Please mind DO NOT drunk swim.
■ Please mind DO NOT drunk drive.
■ Please mind all the signs in the site which will give you correct directions and time.
■ Cash could not be used in the site. Please exchange to coupons and keep them safe.
■ Please keep your own belongs safe, especially the valuables. Any lost we are NOT able to help to look them back.
■ Please get avoid of dark area, keep close to the crowd. Caution “wild animals”.
■ No matter the weather situation, the event will still be on. All the tickets are not refundable.
■ Buses are all comfortable with AC. Everyone has seat, please stay in the line while waiting and getting on them.
■ Exchange one time waterproof bracelet once enter the site. DO NOT take it off for it is not re wearable. Show to the staff at random check, without it, show the staff tickets proofs. Otherwise you will need to re buy the at door price ticket or get out of the site. Please mind your bracelet.
Chapter Eleven. What should I bring with?
■ Please bring your ID or passport, and keep them safe.
■ We will provide easy waterproof plastic bags for your Electronic devices.
■ Please bring sunblock cream, towel and washing stuff for stay over night.
■ Please bring your own rain gears.
■ Please bring small quantity of food for long way drive. NO liquid is allowed enter the site.
■ We will provide some free night glowing stuff for the 22nd night glowing party. Bring some for your own if you like to be seen special. If you be the focus of the whole site, might gain a nice gift.
■ Please bring swimming gears.
■ Bank cards work in the site, we also have ATM nearby. DO NOT bring big amount of cash.
Chapter Twelve. The process of entering.
■ For your better Fun, get avoid of crowed, please read below entering process carefully:
■ Queue before getting on the bus, show your ticket to get on, keep your ticket safe ==》
■ After bus, queue to enter the site, security check first ==》
■ Show the ticket to the entrance staff, they will give you one time waterproof bracelet, help you with wearing it. Rip off the bus ticket give back to you. Please keep the bus ticket safe. It is not re buyable.
■ With wearing the bracelet you may exit or enter the site multiple.
■ Once get into the site, confirm your shelter, exchange the coupons, get your awesome crazy party started!
Chapter Thirteen. Who is the organizer?
■ The “TIDE music festival” is organized by the “Fun Parties events and organizing Co, LTD”, FangDian government and tourist administration.
■ The “Fun Parties events and organizing Co, LTD”: We are a young company, or organization. We have organized numbers of bigger or smaller events in the past few years. Only for fun! In the future, we will keep bring you something special, different and awesome great fun!
