国家网信办5月2日会同国家工商总局、国家卫生计生委和北京市有关部门成立联合调查组进驻百度公司，集中围绕百度搜索在“魏则西事件”中存在的问题、搜索竞价排名机制存在的缺陷进行了调查取证。调查组认为，百度搜索相关关键词竞价排名结果客观上对魏则西选择就医产生了影响，百度竞价排名机制存在付费竞价权重过高、商业推广标识不清等问题，影响了搜索结果的公正性和客观性，容易误导网民，必须立即整改。
百度回应调查结果，称坚决落实整改，立即全面审查医疗类商业推广服务，改变过去以价格为主的排序机制。
一、广东被砍医生陈仲伟辞世 朋友圈黑丝带接力悼念

5月7日14时许，广东省人民医院发布消息称，5月5日在家中被砍伤的该院口腔科原行政主任陈仲伟，经过43小时的连续抢救，终因伤势过重，抢救无效去世。多名陈仲伟同事称，行凶者是陈20多年前的患者，烤瓷牙变颜色，要求索赔，已经来医院闹了几天，这次直接尾随陈主任至家中行凶。
5月7日晚上，广州市民自发组织在广东省人民医院门口和医院附近的英雄广场进行悼念活动，点上蜡烛，悼念逝者陈仲伟医生。除了现场悼念，5月7日下午，全国各地的医务工作者在网上发起"黑丝带活动”：配带黑丝带，将微信头像更改为黑丝带图片三天。

近日，人民日报发表的关于魏则西事件的评论遭到网友的斥责吐槽。文章原题是《魏则西留下的生命考题》，在传播时被改成《人民日报谈魏则西：遇到绝症应坦然面对生死》，变得刺人眼球。文章中说，患绝症之后与其不惜一切代价治疗，不如顺应自然规律，坦然面对生死，而要变得理性，就需要提升全民科学素养，就需要良好的医疗制度保障，比如建立符合国情的家庭医生制度。网友们质疑官媒在这一时机发出这样的言论是否是在帮百度洗地，转移话题，把责任推到病患身上。
四、知乎6大V被封号，疑是因收百度公关钱

5月4日，知乎小管家在官方专栏发布了《知乎社区管理组关于处理部分破坏社区秩序帐号的决定》，宣布对严重违反知乎社区管理规范、干扰社区正常秩序的 6 个帐号进行永久封禁处理。其原因可能是“飞鸟冰河”、“一笑风云过”、“吕葡萄”等6位大V替百度发软文。起因在于魏则西事件中，被征讨的一方百度通过知乎大V试图扭转该事件的负面影响，方式就是由知乎大V利用其意见领袖的影响力发表文章替百度洗地。
五、六大网盘即将关停 私藏照片再不导出来就没了

5月3日晚间，华为网盘发布公告称，即日起停止用户数据存储分享服务，所有用户数据将保留到2016年6月30日止。2016年7月1日起,DBank华为网盘免费永久空间资格将被终止，付费服务将根据套餐剩余时间进行退款。
这两个月，网盘关停调整潮一波接一波，排名前十的网盘中，已经有6个关停或调整了相关服务。在这些网盘的停运公告中，关闭的原因大都有“为配合国家有关部门积极开展网盘涉黄、涉盗版内容的清查工作”。

因前任东家“名声不好”，男子任某将百度网讯科技有限公司(以下简称百度)告上法庭，要求删除与前任东家相关的搜索关键词和链接，并赔偿精神损失费2万元及相关经济损失每月5万元。记者昨日获悉，任某的诉求在一审二审中均被驳回。
“被遗忘权”一般是指按照有关个人信息保护规则，网络用户有权要求搜索引擎服务提供商在搜索结果页面中删除自己名字或相关个人信息的权利。2014年5月13日，欧盟法院作出了确认普通公民对个人信息拥有被遗忘权终审裁定，进而在欧盟范围确立了被遗忘权。但目前，我国民事权利体系中尚无该项法定权利，国内学术界也对这项所谓的“权利”的法律性质、是否应受到保护、保护的法律渊源及路径、保护的法律标准等重要问题并未形成主流学术意见。
七、搜狗上线垂直搜索“搜狗明医”，要让医疗信息更真实

A Brazilian court decided to shut down WhatsApp inside the country for 72 hours on Monday.
The reason for the shutdown was the same one that led to the imprisonment of the Vice-President of Facebook for Latin America in March of this year: a drug trafficking investigation.
The decision was made by Judge Marcel Montalvão, ordering Facebook — owner of WhatsApp — to share WhatsApp data it had collected from a drug ring. WhatsApp told BuzzFeed Brazil that it is “cooperating to the full extent of our capabilities with the courts” and that it cannot provide information that the company doesn’t have.
