昨日晚间至今日上午，中国境内可以直接访问Google，微信朋友圈被截图刷屏。但至今日下午4时许，再度访问Google失败。
这次短暂的成功访问是Google归来的前兆，还是防火墙出现了bug？目前原因还不能确认。

一、玛莎拉蒂入驻天猫，但并不是你下单之后第二天就能收货

玛莎拉蒂今天（23日）宣布入驻天猫旗舰店，成为其中国唯一官方授权线上销售平台。百万豪车在你平时买零食衣服化妆品的平台上能卖得好吗？考虑这个问题似乎是多虑了，今天下午3点整，100台玛莎拉蒂SUV Levante在天猫正式开卖，只用了短短18秒时间就卖光了。
这款SUV Levante在天猫预售总价人民币99.98万元，现在只要预付人民币4万9999元订金，前100位下单订购客户将获得优先提车权，成为Levante中国首批车主。
不过购买玛莎拉蒂可不同于购买零食或者手机，有着特殊的下单流程：第1步线上下单，备注相关信息；第2步接到天猫客服电话确认；第3步经销商门店预约；第4步上传购车发票，线下付尾款完成购车。所以说，玛莎拉蒂进驻天猫之后，用户并不能完全通过线上买车，而更像是线上预定。
二、《我是歌手》总导演洪涛加盟唱吧

三、陌陌上线网页版，维护熟人社交为直播or营销？

3月23日下午消息，主打移动社交的陌陌今日（23日）推出网页版，用户可以通过电脑进行即时消息收发，网页版支持移动端应用的大部分功能，但陌陌因之起家的LBS周边陌生人功能或无法在PC端实现。这也意味着，陌陌公司开始重视熟人关系运营，以求增加用户活跃度。
陌陌方面表示，推出网页版，主要有三方面的考量：一方面是用户的需求，陌陌上线近5年以来，用户数已经超过2亿，经常会接到用户的反馈，希望能通过电脑收发信息，与好友保持沟通；另一方面是用户体验，即时消息应用对输入需求很高，与好友、群组聊天、体验聊天室，以及新上线的音乐互动直播，都需要更好的输入体验；最后则是有一些安全方面的考量，目前网络上有不少仿冒的陌陌电脑版应用，这次我们推出官方网页版，也是为了更好的保护用户安全，维护用户对我们的信任。
四、闲鱼宣布用户超1亿 将投入1亿元深挖“鱼塘”

阿里巴巴旗下闲置交易社区闲鱼宣布实名认证用户已超1亿。此外，闲鱼还宣布启动“百城千集”行动：将为闲鱼“鱼塘”的发展先期投入上亿元人民币，未来一年将在交易密度最高的100座城市，举办1000场闲鱼集市。
“鱼塘”是闲鱼最基础的闲置交易流通单元，一是以小区、公司、学校等场所为核心，以一定地理位置划定半径而形成的交易社区；还有一种是基于网友兴趣形成的闲置交易圈子。
闲鱼负责人谌伟业表示：“闲鱼和鱼塘所构建起来的基本信任，让社区中的人们去交流和交易，而大家在交流交易过程中，信任又再度深化，并且影响到社区里的其它人——希望这种‘化学作用’未来也能渗透到更深的社区关系层面。”
五、QQ微信聊天涉诈骗关键字可能被暂停对话

深圳警方称，今年深圳将加强互联网社交平台软件QQ、微信的安全防范工作，主动研发有效的智能拦截系统，对盗取QQ、微信号码实施诈骗的采取立即停号。同时对使用虚拟IP登录的QQ和微信号码，进行关键字限制，一旦发现涉及诈骗关键字的即时聊天信息，立即暂停其对话功能。

Microsoft launched a smart chat bot Wednesday called “Tay.” It looks like a photograph of a teenage girl rendered on a broken computer monitor, and it can communicate with people via Twitter, Kik and GroupMe. It’s supposed to talk like a millennial teenage girl.

Less than 24 hours after the program was launched, Tay reportedly began to spew racist, genocidal and misogynistic messages to users.
To be clear, Tay learned these phrases from humans on the Internet. As Microsoft puts it on Tay’s website, “The more you chat with Tay the smarter she gets, so the experience can be more personalized for you.” Trolls taught Tay these words and phrases, and then Tay repeated that stuff to other people.

US porn site Pornhub has launched its own VR porn channel. Partnering with specialist providers BaDoinkVR, the firm will begin providing 180˚ and 360˚ virtual video scenes on its site for free. While the porn will be viewable in a click-and-drag manner on the desktop, it will work best with purpose-built viewers, either cheap mobile phone accessories such as Google Cardboard or Samsung’s Gear VR or dedicated headsets such as the Oculus Rift.
Despite Pornhub’s bluster, the company isn’t debuting true VR content. That’s very hard to make, especially if it’s starring real actors, because it needs to incorporate the ability to, at minimum, track head position as well as rotation, and to offer stereoscopic 3D. It’s easy enough to do those things with computer-generated imagery, but “filming” actors to that standard requires expensive hardware that can generate detailed 3D models from the real world.

After facing criticism for years for lacking an adequate mechanism todeal with impersonators, the tech giant has announced plans to become moreproactive in this battle.
On Tuesday, Facebook told Mashable that it’s currently testing a new feature that will send out automatic alerts if it detects thatanother user is impersonating you by using your name and photo. From there, you’ll beprompted to identity whether or not it’s truly animposter account.
Facebook reportedly began testing the new feature in November. It’s now available in about 75 percent of the world, the company said.

Facebook-owned photo-sharing app Instagram has another addition to the homepage in its web version: a little compass icon that takes you to a new page where you can “discover” other users. The new button is located near the top-right corner of the window when you’re viewing Instagram.com in the browser.
When you click the new icon, you’ll see a bunch of people you can follow, along with three of each user’s most recent photos.

Snapchat is buying Bitstrips, the company behind the Bitmoji app that lets you create an avatar of yourself to share on social media and over text, according to a source familiar with the deal.
It’s not entirely clear why Snapchat wants Bitmoji, but it feels like a good fit for the company, which has a number of other fun features to help users spruce up their photos and videos. Snapchat allows users to put emojis on photos and videos they send, and has generated a lot of buzz for facial filters that let people distort their faces into different animals or characters.
