关于主谓一致的考题，最关键的是找出谓语动词相应的主语，再看是否搭配一致.
下面我们举个例子具体说明：
Hardworking and philanthropic ___ （be）Bill Gates, who has founded Microsoft Company in 1975, when the first technology experiment satellite was launched in China, with his friend Paul Allen, who is the founder and chairman of Vulcan Inc, which creates and advances a variety of world-class endeavors and high impact initiatives that change and improve the way we live.
乍一看，这个句子非常长，当你第一眼看到这个句子一定吓坏了吧。Relax,这个句子其实很简单的。聂老师教你一个诀窍：抛弃式阅读法。
何为抛弃式阅读法？即抛掉所有修饰的成分，抓住主谓部分。这样，剩下的都是精华了。
Hardworking and philanthropic ___ （be）Bill Gates, (who has founded Microsoft Company in 1975), (when the first technology experiment satellite was launched in China), (with his friend Paul Allen), (who is the founder and chairman of Vulcan Inc, which creates and advances a variety of world-class endeavors and high impact initiatives that change and improve the way we live).
然后将括弧中的内容删除，最后剩下的就是精华了：Hardworking and philanthropic ___ （be）Bill Gates。
如此，句子是不是非常简单了？
然后找出主语：Bill Gates。
Bill Gates是单数名词，它的谓语动词当然也是单数，所以你不难想到正确答案：is。

主谓结构的考题不会简单地呈现句子来测试考生，通常，考题中会插入某些修饰成分以增加句子的复杂性及难度。此时，你不用紧张，只要运用抛弃式阅读法找出并删除修饰成分抓住主语，这类题目即可迎刃而解了。
