当老人没人敢扶的时候
再多的正能量也没用了

最近有两则关于扶老人的新闻引发了广泛的关注和热议。
在河南郑州的一个十字路口，一位老人骑车路过时不小心摔倒在地。正好骑车路过的小王看到了，就把倒地老人给扶了起来。
小王在扶起老人后，给家里人打了电话，小王的父亲接到电话后也赶到了现场。爷俩把倒地的老人给送进了医院，老人在医院说自己没带钱，于是和小王在一起的孩子的家长就垫付了五千块钱医疗费。
事情到这里，还是个见义勇为，做好人好事的故事，没想到等老人出院后，事情却向另一个方向发展了。
老人出院后，翻脸不认人，说两个孩子的家长，给自己垫付医疗费是应该的，他不但拒绝返还别人垫付的五千块钱医疗费，还准备到法院去打官司要求小王赔偿更多的钱。
那么老人的跌倒，到底和小王有关吗？在事后交警的调查取证中，发现小王和骑车老人没有任何路权上的冲突，老人属于自行摔倒。换句话说，老人受伤进医院，和别人毫无关系。但他却想讹诈扶他起来，把他送进医院的好心人。
对于这样的黑心老人，说实在的，就不应该扶，就该让他自生自灭。最后在媒体的曝光下，老人及其家属也没有全部返还垫付的钱。
你说这叫什么事情，好心扶老人的，不但没得到奖励，还被变老的坏人给讹诈了一笔钱，真像是吃了个苍蝇一样，让人觉得恶心。
第二个新闻，在四川攀枝花西区一个地下通道，一位老人发病倒地，在楼梯上抽搐。有许多行人看到了，但是并不敢上去扶老人，最后报警和警察一起把老人扶起来了。
好在这件事后来还算反转了，媒体报道，当时情况是有热心市民迅速到附近警务亭求助，两位民警赶到现场，民警与群众一起将老人扶起抬到平台上，并及时打了120急救电话。两名医生对老人进行了情况了解，后老人自行离开现场。
对此网友评论说，不要怪行人冷漠，要怪就怪当初南京彭宇案，判彭宇有罪的法官，和他说的那句话：“不是你撞的，为什么要扶？”
每个人的时间精力都是宝贵的，如果做好人好事，反而给自己惹上麻烦，被质疑是不是撞倒了老人才去扶。又没有好的制度来保护自己的合法权益，那还有谁敢做好事，去扶老人呢？当好人没好报，做好事反被讹，好人流血又流泪的时候，再多的正能量宣传，也没用了。不是我们本来就是冷漠的人，而是好人没好报的大环境，让人变得冷漠了。
最近还有个新闻，说一个资助贫困学生多年的好心人，被他资助四年的贫困学生给拉黑了。原因是该贫困生没考上大学，过年后准备来广州找工作，就和资助他四年的好心人发了一条消息。但是好心人觉得他都已经毕业了，自己都资助她四年了，没考上大学也不是他的责任，就婉言拒绝了，没想到这位被资助四年的学生居然就此把资助者给拉黑了！也许是觉得资助者已经没有利用价值了。
可见，这个社会像河南郑州被扶老人那样，知恩不图报的人还有很多。好心人有时做好事并没有好报。不但会被误解，还会被反咬一口。好人再多的善，也填不满恶人心中的恶。
当好人做好事没好报，讲真话会倒霉，老人没人敢去扶的时候，再多的正能量，也没用了。我们需要的，是好的制度和文化，能切实地保护善良的人。而不是空洞的所谓正能量。
老人摔倒没人扶，其实要怪警察

生活中，大家常常感叹，人心不古，老人摔了没人敢扶。河南老人这次事件，再次为大家的感叹做了注释。
人都利己，有些人哪怕是昧着良心，讹诈帮助自己的人也在所不惜。可这起事件真正令人害怕的是，民警来到了现场，可被严大妈的姐姐和姐夫连推带搡推出了门外，不管民警怎么劝，就是不开门……
这事件万幸的是：
一、有交警部门做出事故认定书，认定小孩对这该起事不承担此事故的责任。如果换成其他场景，交警没有出具认定书，那就是扯不清的皮了。
二、后续也有民警来到现场，可看到没有？严大妈的姐姐姐夫，连推带搡，将民警推出了门外。
三、最重要的是，有了媒体的跟进。
这三件事都是小概率事件啊。之所以是新闻，是因为这样的事情很少。绝大部分类似的事件，都不会引起大众的关注。可是，关注了又能怎么样呢？
严大妈是什么行为？敲诈勒索。严大妈的姐姐、姐夫是什么行为？袭警。
可既没按敲诈勒索处理严大妈，也没按袭警罪对严大妈姐姐、姐夫进行处理。反而，他们一家子人，当着警察的面，大摇大摆地赖账成功。
警察是用来干什么的？普通人的潜意识里，警察是用来惩恶扬善的。可是，很多时候，却是用来和稀泥的。
恰是警察在执法时，该严的时候不严，哪怕是事件闹得网民皆知，但也无需付出该付的代价，所以才给其他人树立不好的榜样——你看看，我明明是敲诈了，勒索了，但也拿我没办法。
下一个居心不良的老人，再次遇到类似的情况时，抱着敲诈一把的心理，一点负担都没有。哪怕是敲诈失败了又能怎么样？全国人民知道了又能怎么样？反正不需要付出代价，更不用说判刑了……
老人摔倒了之所以不敢扶，我以前认为原因是人心靠不住，他扶的那个老人讲良心，不讹他，也许你扶的这个老人不讲良心，却要讹你。可我发现其实自己错了。不只有中国的老人，良心靠不住，其他国家的老人也照样如此。而老人摔倒没人扶，在我们这里却屡屡上热搜，原来真实的原因是，警察执法在该严的时候不严，警察面对敲诈勒索，面对袭警，采取的是和稀泥的态度……

They had arrived in San Francisco, where their ship was decommissioned, and Paul bet that he would find himself a wife within two weeks. He was a taut, tattooed engine mechanic, six feet tall, with a passing resemblance to James Dean. But it wasn’t his looks that got him a date with Clara Hagopian, a sweet-humored daughter of Armenian immigrants. It was the fact that he and his friends had a car, unlike the group she had originally planned to go out with that evening. Ten days later, in March 1946, Paul got engaged to Clara and won his wager. It would turn out to be a happy marriage, one that lasted until death parted them more than forty years later. Paul Reinhold Jobs had been raised on a dairy farm in Germantown, Wisconsin. Even though his father was an alcoholic and sometimes abusive, Paul ended up with a gentle and calm disposition under his leathery exterior. After dropping out of high school, he wandered through the Midwest picking up work as a mechanic until, at age nineteen, he joined the Coast Guard, even though he didn’t know how to swim. He was deployed on the USS General M. C. Meigs and spent much of the war ferrying troops to Italy for General Patton. His talent as a machinist and fireman earned him commendations, but he occasionally found himself in minor trouble and never rose above the rank of seaman. Clara was born in New Jersey, where her parents had landed after fleeing the Turks in Armenia, and they moved to the Mission District of San Francisco when she was a child. She had a secret that she rarely mentioned to anyone: She had been married before, but her husband had been killed in the war. So when she met Paul Jobs on that first date, she was primed to start a new life. Like many who lived through the war, they had experienced enough excitement that, when it was over, they desired simply to settle down, raise a family, and lead a less eventful life. They had little money, so they moved to Wisconsin and lived with Paul’s parents for a few years, then headed for Indiana, where he got a job as a machinist for International Harvester. His passion was tinkering with old cars, and he made money in his spare time buying, restoring, and selling them. Eventually he quit his day job to become a full-time used car salesman. Clara, however, loved San Francisco, and in 1952 she convinced her husband to move back there. They got an apartment in the Sunset District facing the Pacific, just south of Golden Gate Park, and he took a job working for a finance company as a “repo man,” picking the locks of cars whose owners hadn’t paid their loans and repossessing them. He also bought, repaired, and sold some of the cars, making a decent enough living in the process. There was, however, something missing in their lives. They wanted children, but Clara had suffered an ectopic pregnancy, in which the fertilized egg was implanted in a fallopian tube rather than the uterus, and she had been unable to have any. So by 1955, after nine years of marriage, they were looking to adopt a child. Like Paul Jobs, Joanne Schieble was from a rural Wisconsin family of German heritage. Her father, Arthur Schieble, had immigrated to the outskirts of Green Bay, where he and his wife owned a mink farm and dabbled successfully in various other businesses, including real estate and photoengraving. He was very strict, especially regarding his daughter’s relationships, and he had strongly disapproved of her first love, an artist who was not a Catholic. Thus it was no surprise that he threatened to cut Joanne off completely when, as a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, she fell in love with Abdulfattah “John” Jandali, a Muslim teaching assistant from Syria. Jandali was the youngest of nine children in a prominent Syrian family. His father owned oil refineries and multiple other businesses, with large holdings in Damascus and Homs, and at one point pretty much controlled the price of wheat in the region. His mother, he later said, was a “traditional Muslim woman” who was a “conservative, obedient housewife.” Like the Schieble family, the Jandalis put a premium on education. Abdulfattah was sent to a Jesuit boarding school, even though he was Muslim, and he got an undergraduate degree at the American University in Beirut before entering the University of Wisconsin to pursue a doctoral degree in political science. In the summer of 1954, Joanne went with Abdulfattah to Syria. They spent two months in Homs, where she learned from his family to cook Syrian dishes. When they returned to Wisconsin she discovered that she was pregnant. They were both twenty-three, but they decided not to get married. Her father was dying at the time, and he had threatened to disown her if she wed Abdulfattah. Nor was abortion an easy option in a small Catholic community. So in early 1955, Joanne traveled to San Francisco, where she was taken into the care of a kindly doctor who sheltered unwed mothers, delivered their babies, and quietly arranged closed adoptions. Joanne had one requirement: Her child must be adopted by college graduates. So the doctor arranged for the baby to be placed with a lawyer and his wife. But when a boy was born—on February 24, 1955—the designated couple decided that they wanted a girl and backed out. Thus it was that the boy became the son not of a lawyer but of a high school dropout with a passion for mechanics and his salt-of-the-earth wife who was working as a bookkeeper. Paul and Clara named their new baby Steven Paul Jobs. When Joanne found out that her baby had been placed with a couple who had not even graduated from high school, she refused to sign the adoption papers. The standoff lasted weeks, even after the baby had settled into the Jobs household. Eventually Joanne relented, with the stipulation that the couple promise—indeed sign a pledge—to fund a savings account to pay for the boy’s college education.
