HAT828双电源快速切换控制器：是一款在任一路电源断电的情况下实现15毫秒内输出开关切换信号，并且在两路电源均不断电时进行同步转换的双电源切换控制器。

其采用嵌入式操作系统，可精确检测两路三相电压，对出现的电压异常（过压、欠压、过频、欠频、缺相、逆相序）做出准确的判断；同时还具有可编程输出输入功能、LCD显示、数字通讯等功能。

HAT828主要特色功能： 

1. 可在电源断电15ms内完成断电检测与控制信号输出，配合快速切换的PC二段式开关，实现电源断电快速切换；

2. 两侧电源均有电或异常有电（满足频率差、相位差）时，进行同步切换；

3. 4.3 吋大屏 LCD 液晶显示，240x128 像素，白色背光，多种语言显示；

4. 硅胶面板，按键操作舒适、显示直观；

5. 所有参数现场可编程，采用密码验证，防止非专业人员误操作；

6. 宽范围交、直流供电，增强产品的适用性；

7. 历史记录200条数据；

8. 可循环记录5组ATS自动切换时的事件，每组事件记录事件发生前50秒，发生后10秒的60条详细数据；

9. 设有双路隔离型RS485通讯接口，应用ModBus-RTU通讯规约，实现“四遥”。

3. 4.3-inch single color 240x128 LCD display with white backlight, multilingual display;

4. Silicone panel, comfortable key operation and visual display;

5. All parameters can be configured on site. Passwords authentication ensures authorized staff operation only;

6. Wide AC/DC supply, improve product applicability;

7. 200 event logs;

8. Can record 5 groups of events in ATS auto transfer circularly, 60 detailed data of 50s before each event record, and 10s after each event record;

9. Dual isolated RS485 communication ports, “four remote” (remote control, remote measurement, remote communication, remote adjusting) function by the ModBus-RTU communication protocol.
