案例一：拖船改造项目

某土耳其客户拖船改造项目，配备有两台发电机组。机旁配置2台HMC9000A船用控制器，远传模块采用2台HMC9800RM。现场调试顺利，控制系统运行良好。

案例二：海油台风机项目

某海油台风机项目现场，使用一台康明斯6BT发动机配斯坦福电机，配置我司MGCP100B-2型船用控制箱，可适应极端天气。

主控模块采用HMC9000A，搭配RPU560A安保模块，DIN16A输入口扩展模块，DOUT16B输出口扩展模块，AIN8模拟量检测模块，HMP300综合电量模块，HEP300电子电位器。系统配置进排风百叶窗控制，弹簧启动，烟感，温感，火焰检测消防控制等功能。

HMC9000A模块检测发动机：水温，油压，两路电池电压，转速，燃油液位，水箱水位，排气温度，燃油压力，淡水压力排气温度等。AIN8模块检测轴承温度和三相绕组温度。

现场应用

案例三：船用机组并机

两台船用机组并机，选用众智科技功率管理控制器HMC6，调试配K型电动电位器。调速使用HMC6的继电器调速控制，使用中需设置好HMC6的继电器控制的调速响应时间、稳定性、增益以及不工作区，电动电位器也需要调整到合适的位置，以便达到最佳的调速速度以及功率分配。

案例四：机旁控制箱在原油运输船上的应用

该项目用于江苏新时代船厂制造的156500DWT原油船，船上的应急发电机组选用斯堪尼亚DI13 075M柴油发电机；机旁控制箱采用众智科技MGCP100L-2系列控制箱，配置HMC9000A控制器，可以实现应急发电机组的遥控和机旁模式的切换。

当切换到遥控模式时，能够对发电电压、电流和各种报警值进行检测和显示；同时将数据通过远传端口上传到后台的监控平台。当控制器切换到机旁模式时，可以通过面板实现机组的启动、停止等操作。

Case 1: Tugboat renovation project

A Turkish customer's tugboat renovation project is equipped with two gensets. Two HMC9000A marine controllers are equipped for local unit, and two HMC9800RM controllers are used for remote transmission modules. The on-site commissioning is smooth, and the control system runs well.

Case 2: Fan project of offshore oil platform

A fan project site of offshore oil platform, using a Cummins 6BT engine with Stanford motor, equipped with our MGCP100B-2 marine control box, can adapt to extreme weather.

The main control module adopts HMC9000A with RPU560A redundant protection module, DIN16A input port expansion module, DOUT16B output port expansion module, AIN8 analog detection module, HMP300 integrated power protection module and HEP300 electronic potentiometer. The system is equipped with inlet and exhaust louver control, spring start, smoke and temperature sensing, flame detection and fire control, etc.

HMC9000A module detects engine water temperature,:oil pressure, two-way battery voltage, speed, fuel level, tank level, exhaust temperature, fuel pressure, fresh water pressure exhaust temperature etc. AIN8 module detects bearing temperature and three phase winding temperature.

Case 3: Marine unit parallel

The two marine units are connected in parallel, with the HMC6 power management controller and K-type electric potentiometer. Relay speed control of the HMC6 is used. The speed control response time, stability, gain and dead area of the relay control of the HMC6 need to be set and the electric potentiometer needs to be adjusted to the right position in order to achieve the best speed control and power batches.

Case 4: Local control boxes on crude oil carriers

The project is used for a 156,500 DWT crude oil carrier by Jiangsu New Times Shipyard. The emergency genset on the ship is a Scania DI13 075M diesel genset; SmartGen MGCP100L-2 series control box is applied for local control, equipped with HMC9000A controller, which can realize remote control of the emergency genset and switch between local modes.

When switched to remote control mode, it can detect and display the generation voltage, current and various alarm values; at the same time, it can upload the data to the monitoring platform in the background through the remote transmission port. When the controller is switched to local mode, it is possible to start and stop the unit through the panel.
