该船主配电板选用众智科技4台HMC6多主站功率管理控制器，实现2台300kW主发电机组、1台70kW停泊发电机组和1台200kW轴带发电机组之间自动调度和保护功能。

运输船在远海航行过程中，轴带发电机组可以同柴油发电机组稳定并联给负载供电，停泊状态不断电，即可实现停机机组和主用柴发的负载转移。

电站调试过程中众智科技会同主配电板厂家、船厂项目管理人员、船东代表和发电机组成套厂家一道并肩奋战，确保电站高标准通过船级社验收。这是众智科技船机控制产品在船用自动电站领域的又一成功应用。

HMC6功率管理控制器是众智科技专为船舶和海工应用设计，包含柴油发电机组、轴带发电机组、岸电连接、母联开关控制和保护的多主站功率管理系统，最多可实现16台主用柴发、3台轴带发电、3路岸电、2台停泊发电机组和5台联络开关组成的自动电站系统，支持环形母排控制。

2021年3月众智科技全系列船用产品通过法国船级社（BV）型式认可，至此众智科技船用发动机控制器、分布式IO模块、MGCP100B/L-2系列柴油机控制箱、HMC6功率管理系统和电量保护模块同时具备BV（法国船级社）和CCS（中国船级社）型式认证，并于2022年开始申请ABS型式认证。

During the long sea voyage of the transport ship, the shaft genset can be stably parallel with the diesel genset to supply power to load, and the power can be kept in the berthing state to realize the load transferring between the shutdown unit and the main diesel unit.

During the commissioning of the power station, SmartGen works together with the main switchboard manufacturer, shipyard project manager, shipowner representative and genset manufacturer to ensure that the power station passes the classification society acceptance with high standards. This is another successful application of the marine diesel engine control of SmartGen in the field of marine automatic power station.

4-HMC6 Power Management System

Marine Diesel Engine Control and Power Management Solution (HMC6)

HMC6 Power Management Controller is designed for ship and marine engineering application, including diesel genset, shaft genset, shore power connection, bus switch control and protection of the power management system. Up to 16 main diesel gensets, 3 shaft gensets, 3 shore powers, 2 harbor gensets and 5 contact switches consist of the automatic power system, which supports the ring bus control.

After more than ten years of unremitting endeavor, SmartGen has designed for marine diesel engine of MGCP100B/L-2 Diesel Engine Control Box and HMC6 Power Management Controller combined of domestic productions of smart control and power management solutions, which are widely applied in offshore platforms, offshore wind booster station, luxury yachts, official ships, roll-on ships, container ships, bulk carriers, crude oil carriers and refined oil carriers and full-turning tugboat and other ship types and our products have been praised by the final users.

In March 2021, the whole series of marine products of SmartGen were approved by BV. From then on, the marine engine controller, distributed IO module, MGCP100B/L-2 series diesel engine control box, HMC6 power management system and power protection module have obtained both BV (Bureau Veritas) and CCS ( China Classification Society) certifications and began to apply for ABS certificate in 2022.
