某客户发电机组出口项目，因交货期紧急，配备众智科技分体式发电机组控制器HGMS62M+HGMS62D及相应线束！

HGMS62发电机组控制器采用32位微处理器技术，实现了多种参数的精密测量、定值调节以及定时、阈值整定等功能，绝大部分参数可从控制器前面板调整，所有参数可使用PC机通过USB或RS485接口调整。控制器自带保险，其中燃油、起动、可编程输出口3、4继电器可插拔，结构紧凑、接线简单，解决了控制柜接线复杂且效率低下的问题，提高了发电机组控制柜的生产效率。

此项目采用分体式控制器，为客户节省时间，及时保证了客户交货期。

应用现场

HGMS62发电机组控制器采用【主控和显示】分体式结构，集成了数字化、智能化、网络化技术，用于单台发电机组自动化及监控系统，实现发电机组的自动开机/停机、数据测量、报警保护及“四遥”功能。控制器采用单色液晶(LCD)显示，多种语言可选界面操作，操作简单，运行可靠。

HGMS62D+HGMS62M

HGMS62系列分体式发电机组控制器，分为——

显示模块型号：HGMS62D

主控模块型号：HGMS62M、HGMS62MCAN

HGMS62M——MPU接口，适合于电子调速器控制的发动机。

HGMS62MCAN——CAN BUS接口，适合于ECU控制的电喷发动机。

HGMS62控制器：具有市电、发电电量监测，用于市电/发电自动切换控制(AMF)，适用于一路市电一路发电机组构成的单机自动化系统，也可通过设置参数不使能市电，用于单机自动化，通过远程开机信号控制发电机组自动起停机。

HGMS62 genset controller uses 32-bit microprocessor technology to realize the precise measurement, setting adjustment, timing, threshold setting and other functions of various parameters. Most parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, and all parameters can be adjusted through USB or RS485 interface using PC. The controller has its own fuse, in which the fuel, starting and programmable output ports 3 and 4 relays are pluggable, compact in structure and simple in wiring, which solves the problem of complex wiring and inefficiency of the control cabinet and improves the production efficiency of the genset control cabinet.

This project uses split type controller to save time for customers and ensure the delivery time.

HGMS62 genset controller adopts [master control and display] split structure, integrates digital, intelligent and networking technology, and is used for the automation and monitoring system of a single genset to realize the automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and “four remote” functions. The controller adopts monochrome liquid crystal (LCD) display, and multiple language optional interface, which is simple and reliable.

HGMS62 series split-type genset controller, divided into:

Display module: HGMS62D

Master control module: HGMS62M, HGMS62MCAN

HGMS62M——MPU interface, suitable for engine controlled by electronic governor.

HGMS62MCAN——CAN BUS interface, suitable for ECU engine.

HGMS62 Controller: can monitor mains and generator, which is used for automatic switching control of mains/generator (AMF). It is applicable to the single automation system composed of one mains and one genset. It can also be used for single automation by setting parameters to disable mains, and control the automatic start and stop of gensets through remote start signal.
