SmartGen案例 | HMC6功率管理控制器在“中国环监苏001”近海生态环境监测执法船上的应用!

不久前,由中国船舶七〇二所为江苏省生态环境监测中心研发设计的近海生态环境监测执法船“中国环监苏001”在南京举行入列仪式,“中国环监苏001”船总长49.3米、型宽9.4米、平均吃水3米,航速不小于12.5节。


本船集环境监测、应急指挥、环境执法功能为一体,船内建有多间专业实验室,配备涵盖海水水质、海底沉积物、海洋空气质量、海洋生物、海洋碳汇等全要素监测设备,其自动化、数字化、智能化在全国同行业处于领先水平,在全国生态环境系统创造了“四个第一”:第一艘兼具监测、执法、应急功能的公务船;第一艘采用油电混合动力的同类船型,既节能环保,又为高精度的海上监测作业创造了必要条件;第一艘实现海水和温室气体在线连续监测的专业船舶;第一艘集成海洋智慧监测平台的专业船舶。

该船主配电板选用3台众智科技HMC6多主站功率管理控制器进行2台柴油发电机组和1台可逆轴带发电机组之间自动调度和保护功能,其中控制轴发的HMC6控制器支持发电和PTH模式无缝切换。电站调试过程中众智科技会同主配电板厂家、船厂项目管理人员、船东代表和发电机组成套厂家一道并肩奋战,确保电站高标准通过船级社验收,这是众智科技船机控制产品在船用自动电站领域的又一成功应用。


HMC6功率管理控制器是众智科技专为船舶和海工应用设计包含柴油发电机组、轴带发电机组、岸电连接、母联开关控制和保护的多主站功率管理系统,最多可实现16台主用柴发,3台轴带发电、3路岸电、2台停泊发电机组和5台联络开关组成的自动电站系统,支持环形母排控制。

HMC6控制器标配电能质量检测功能,可满足电力推进船舶对谐波参数的预警要求。同时配合扩展输入和输出模块最多可以实现单台16路重载问询,支持固定反馈(开关量询问)和可变反馈(扩展HMP300电量综合模块实时采集重载)型重载管理机制,可满足不同种类重载设备的控制需求。


HMU8-HMC6是专为船用自动电站应用场景设计的8吋触摸屏内置功率管理功能,支持停泊、航行、作业、PTH等不同工况。

Case | HMC6 Applied to “China Environment Monitoring Su 001”




   


Recently, the commissioning ceremony of law enforcement ship for offshore ecological environment monitoring “China Environment Monitoring Su 001”, developed by China Shipbuilding 702 Institute for Jiangsu Ecological Environment Monitoring Center, was held in Nanjing. The ship’s length is 49.3m, width is 9.4m, average draft is 3m and speed is not less than 12.5 knots. 


The ship integrates environment monitoring, emergency command, and environment law enforcement. It has a number of professional laboratories, equipped with full-factor monitoring equipment covering seawater quality, seafloor sediments, marine air quality, marine organisms, and marine carbon sink. It automatic, digital and intelligent level are leading in the same industry in the country, and it has created “Four Firsts” in the national ecological environment system: The first public service ship that integrates monitoring, law enforcement and emergency functions, the first ship of its kind that adopts petrol-electric hybrid power, not only saves energy and environmental protection, but also creates the necessary conditions for high-precision marine monitoring operations, the first professional ship that realizes online continuous monitoring of seawater and greenhouse gases, and the first professional ship that integrates marine intelligent monitoring platform. 



The ship’s main switchboard uses three HMC6 multi-master power management controllers of SmartGen to perform automatic scheduling and protection function between two diesel gensets and one reversible shaft genset, among which HMC6 controller of shaft genset control supports seamless switching of power generation and PTH mode. During the commissioning process of the power station, SmartGen toiled alongside main switchboard manufacturers, shipyard project management personnel, shipowner representatives and genset manufacturers to ensure that the power station passed the acceptance of the classification society with a high standard, which is another successful application of SmartGen marine products in the field of marine automatic power station.




HMC6 power management controller is a multi-master power management system designed by SmartGen for marine and applications including diesel genset, shaft gensets, shore power connection, busbar control and protection, which can realize automatic power station system composing of up to 16 main diesel gensets, 3 shaft gensets, 3-way shore power, 2 harbor gensets and 5 contact switches and support ring busbar control.



HMC6 controller is equipped with energy quality detection function, which can meet pre-alarm requirements of electric propulsion ships on harmonic parameters, and at the same time, it can achieve single 16-way HC inquiry with the expansion of input and output modules, support HC management mechanism of fixed feedback (digital inquiry) and variable feedback (expand HMP300 module to collect HC at real time). It can meet control requirements of different kinds of HC equipment.  


     HMU8-HMC6 is an 8-inch touch screen with built-in power management function designed for marine automatic power station application scenarios, supporting different conditions such as harboring, sailing, operating, PTH and other working conditions. 


For more than ten years of efforts, fully domestic marine engine intelligent control and power station power management solution formed by MGCP100B/L-2 diesel engine control box and HMC6 power management controller specially developed by SmartGen for marine diesel engine, is widely applied in offshore platform, offshore wind power booster stations, luxury yachts, public service ships, ro-ro passenger ships, container ships, bulk carriers, crude oil carriers, oil products carrier, full-rotating tugs and other ships. The products have been highly praised by end users. 


In March 2021, the whole series of SmartGen marine products passed BV type approval, so for, SmartGen marine engine controller, distributed IO module, MGCP100B/L-2 series diesel engine control box, HMC6 power management system and power protection module have both BV and CCS type approval.
