淮海茂通律师服务联盟涉外业务专题讲座
近日，作为淮海茂通律师服务联盟的主席单位，江苏茂通律师事务所组织苏、鲁、豫、皖、沪“四省一市”共21家律师事务所的近百名律师，成功承办了“淮海茂通律师服务联盟涉外业务专题讲座活动”。
会上邀请了江苏师大法学院院长菅从进教授参会并致辞，江苏茂通律师事务所首席合伙人、徐州涉外法律咨询研究中心主任、联盟主席刘茂通作主题为《我们身边的涉外业务》的生动演讲，此外还邀请到国际注册移民律师协会创办人、澳大利亚律师陈中一对国际移民、投资丶留学等问题和与会专家、律师进行充分的交流与沟通。
打造律师涉外业务服务核心竞争力开拓涉外业务合作新通道
淮海茂通律师律师服务联盟成立于2014年5月，成员所21家，律师近1000名，覆盖苏、鲁、豫、皖、沪四省一市。作为区域合作平台，联盟一直重视业务的合作以及专业培训。“一带一路”作为国家战略，是党中央、国务院根据全球形势深刻变化、统筹国际国内两个大局作出的重大战略决策。
此次会议不仅促进了律师行业紧贴国家政治热点及经济发展趋势，适应“一带一路”实现自身发展，更突显了律师服务在淮海经济区现代服务业的重要作用。这次活动，淮海茂通律师服务联盟成员所热情高昂，现场签订了涉外业务专项合作协议，开拓了淮海经济区涉外律师业务合作的新通道，为打造涉外业务服务核心竞争力打下坚实的基础。

一、本所涉外法律服务内容
I. Our firm provides the following foreign-related legal services:
（一）加拿大、美国、韩国、澳洲、欧洲等其他国家和地区的移民留学法律服务。
(I) The legal service for immigration and studying abroad in Canada, America, South Korea and other countries.
提供加拿大、美国、韩国的投资移民咨询、移民法律文件的准备、移民纠纷代理、拒签申请复议等移民相关法律服务
Providing advice on investment immigration in Canada ,America, and South Korea, preparation of immigration documents, agency for immigration disputes, and application for reconsideration after visa refusal
（二）外资企业在境内设立和投资项目
(II) Establishment and Investment of Foreign-funded Companies in China
提供帮助投资者寻找适当的合作伙伴；参与投资项目的谈判、投资企业合同、章程等文件的制作；协助投资企业的审批、注册，协助投资企业股权重组、资产重组；协助投资企业的低成本融资、贷款；以及提供有关海关手续、设备及产品进出口方面的法律服务。
Assistance in finding a suitable cooperative partner for the investor; participation in the negotiation of investment projects and the formulation of contracts and articles of associations of investment companies; assistance in examination and approval and registration of investment companies, as well as in equity and asset restructuring; assistance in low-cost financing and loans for investment companies; legal services in dealing with customs procedures and import and export of equipment and products.
（三）中国企业在境外投资法律服务
(III) Overseas Investment of Chinese Companies
为在境外投资的中国企业提供争取最优惠的投资政策；投融资方案的确定和文件的起草；在境外的兼并、收购的策划、法律分析；商业合同的起草、谈判和制定；财务、税务安排中涉及的法律问题咨询；债务重组、清算、破产；税务优惠（合理避税）法律服务。
Striving for favorable investment policies for Chinese companies that make overseas investments; determination and documentation of an investment and financing plan and draft corresponding documents; planning and legal analysis for overseas mergers and acquisitions; drafting, negotiation and formulation of commercial contracts; consulting for legal issues involved in financial and tax arrangements; affairs in dealing with debt restructuring, liquidation and bankruptcy; and tax benefits (tax planning).
（四）涉外房地产法律服务

境外房地产开发项目的法律可行性研究；房地产项目的谈判合同；境外购置房地产、草拟、审查、修改房屋预售、房屋租赁合同等方面的法律服务。
Legal feasibility study on an overseas real estate development project; purchasing overseas real estate ，drafting，reviewing and modification of housing pre-sale and leasing contracts and other legal services.
（五）涉外知识产权法律服务
(V) Foreign-related Intellectual Property Services
外商的商标、专利及版权在中国的注册；参与外商技术许可、转让及合作的谈判、文件起草；通过谈判、诉讼解决外商的知识产权纠纷；为中国企业在境外的公司设立知识产权的保护提供咨询意见。
Foreign merchants’ trademark, patent and copyright registration in China; negotiation and documentation for licensing, assignment and technical cooperation of foreign merchants; resolution of infringement and compensation disputes of foreign merchants through negotiation and litigation; advisory opinions on the intellectual property protection of an overseas company established by a Chinese company.
（六）提供“双反”调查等服务
(VI) Antidumping and Countervailing Investigation Services
为中国企业在境外反倾销、反补贴案件、反垄断案件、反不正当竞争案件提供法律咨询与调查法律服务；外商企业在中国的反倾销、反补贴反垄断案件、反不正当竞争案件提供法律咨询与调查法律服务。
Providing Chinese companies with legal advisory and investigation services with respect to overseas antidumping, countervailing, anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition cases; providing foreign companies with legal advisory and investigation services with respect to antidumping, countervailing, anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition cases in China
