中国可持续发展研究会人居环境专业委员会专注于人居环境可持续发展，积极助力联合国2030年可持续发展议程在中国城乡建设领域的落实，通过教育培训、评估咨询、规划设计、技术集成4种形式，开展7大业务方向，包括：

Special Committee for Human Settlements of Chinese Society for Sustainable Development focuses on the sustainable development in human settlements. We are committed to promoting the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in the field of urban and rural development in China. Through education and training, evaluation and consultation, planning and design, technology integration, we develop seven business directions, including:

可持续发展能力评估：

Assessment of 

Sustainable Development Capability

通过一系列动态评估方法和体系来判别不同发展情景下的城市可持续发展能力水平，为城市管理者提供高效、包容、有韧性的的决策支持，为城乡建设提供精准的政策导向与建设标准；服务国家可持续发展实验区建设，协助科技部完成落实2030年可持续发展议程创新示范区各项工作。

Through a series of dynamic assessment methods and systems to identify the level of urban sustainable development capabilities under different development scenarios, we provide city managers with efficient, inclusive and resilient decision support, and provide precise policy guidance and construction standards for urban and rural development. We serve the construction of the National Sustainable Development Communities and assist the Ministry of Science and Technology in building the Innovation Demonstration Zones for China’s Implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

景观特征评估与营造：

Landscape Character Assessment 

and Construction

构建了景观特征评估体系、研发了景观信息获取和监测平台，逐步完善景观特征营造技术和施工工艺，集成不同区域类型特色景观建设规划设计方案、模式和政策保障体系，可为城市国土空间规划、土地整理、风景园林规划和空间发展规划等方面提供决策支持。

We have established the landscape character assessment system, developed the landscape information acquisition and monitoring platform, gradually improved the landscape character construction technology and process, integrated different regional characteristic landscape construction design plans, models and policy guarantee systems, which can provide policy support for the urban territory spatial planning, land consolidation, landscape planning and spatial development planning.

公共住房建设与管理：

Public Housing Development and Management

基于公共住房建设管理北京市国际合作交流基地建设，协助城市加强政策研究，对标公共住房建设和管理标准，引进和学习发达国家在规划、设计、能源利用、运营管理等方面的经验和先进理念与技术，指导城市公共住房建设和管理工作。

We have managed Beijing International Cooperation Base for Science and Technology on Public Housing Development and Management, assisted cities in strengthening policy research and benchmarking public housing construction and management standards. We have introduced experiences, advanced concepts and technologies from developed countries in planning, design, energy utilization, operation and management, in order to guide the development and management in urban public housing.

包容性城乡社区规划：

Inclusive Urban-Rural Community Planning

结合交互式规划理念同参数化设计技术，自主研发了“三维电子沙盘”系统，旨在为不同知识背景的利益相关者提供易于理解的参与平台，为社区尺度参与式规划设计提供系统工具，提升规划成果的包容性。

We have independently developed the "three-dimensional electronic sand table" system by combining the concept of interactive planning and parametric design technology, which enables stakeholders from different knowledge backgrounds to participate in community planning together on a easy-to-understand platform. It provides systematic tools for community scale participatory planning and design to enhance the inclusiveness of planning results.

乡村居民点环境治理：

Environmental Governance of Rural Settlements

基于国家乡村环境治理科技创新联盟人居环境专业委员会（筹）的建设，在乡土住宅建设、基础设施配建、卫厕改造升级、能源系统提升、景观环境治理等方面为地方提供规划设计、标准制定、技术选型和能力建设服务。

Based on the construction of the Special Committee for Human Settlements of National Countryside Environmental Governance Science & Technological Innovation Alliance (preparatory) , we provide planning and design, standard formulation, technology selection and capacity building services in rural residential construction, infrastructure construction, toilet retrofit and upgrade, energy system improvement, landscape environmental governance, etc.

智慧住区绿色技术集成：

Green Technology Integration 

for Smart Community

针对当前中国城市对智慧社区的建设需求，完善顶层设计，制定相关规划、实施、评估标准体系，构建技术选型库，推进多元系统的互联互通和清洁低碳技术的融合，为城市提供智慧社区系统解决方案，提高社区的管理效率，降低环境污染和能耗水平。

In response to the construction demand for smart community, we have improved the top-level design, developed relevant planning, implementation and assessment standard systems, built the technology library, promoted interconnection of diverse systems and integration of clean and low-carbon technologies. Our work provide smart community system solutions for cities, improve the community management efficiency and reduce the environmental pollution and energy consumption.

人居环境管理能力建设：

Capacity Building in 

Human Settlements Management

基于30余年来的国际合作和能力建设经验，打造了公共住房建设管理、乡村包容性规划、小城镇环境综合整治、景观资源可持续利用、城乡可持续发展等方向的能力建设活动，辐射中国、日本、韩国、瑞典、德国、英国等国家，为城市提供定制服务、协助搭建合作伙伴关系、开展技术协作推广、提升团队业务能力。

Based on the experiences in international cooperation and capacity building over the past three decades, we have organized capacity building activities in public housing development and management, inclusive rural planning, comprehensive environmental governance of small towns, sustainable utilization of landscape resources and urban-rural sustainable development. The capacity building activities are carried out in China, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Germany, United Kingdom and other countries. We provide customized capacity building services for cities, assist in building partnerships, carry out technological cooperation and improve the team’s capability.
