今天，当南上海“面朝大海，春暖花开”，由上海海国文化（集团）有限公司设立的“上海九棵树爱乐乐团”，在春之声的旋律中，悄然降生。从此，上海国际大都市将再迎来一支由著名指挥家汤沐海先生担任艺术总监兼首席指挥的、充满朝气与希望的交响乐团。

现根据乐团成立与发展的需要，向全市、全国、全球招聘优秀演奏家和乐手，聚天下之英才，展音乐之魅力，奏中国之强音！

乐/团/指/挥

汤沐海，著名指挥家，上海九棵树爱乐乐团艺术总监兼首席指挥。2004年获美国格莱美奖、2006年获德国Echo-Klassik“古典回声”奖、2017年获意大利奥斯卡国际金歌剧奖，也是2020年第3届德国OPUS KLASSIK“古典音乐奖”，唯一华人音乐家获得者。

招聘程序

初审：对应聘者的报名材料进行初步审查，3个工作日回复是否通过初审；

考核：九棵树爱乐乐团招聘办公室将对应聘者的演出视频等资料进行专业业务评估；

面试：将根据实际情况通知面试，薪资待遇面议。

When we gather at Shanghai Nine Trees Future Art Center from time to time to share the feast of world art, have you ever wondered if one day you will also be on this stage, playing a song and music under the spotlight and amidst the warm applause of the audience?

Today, just during the " Facing the Sea With Spring Blossoms" season in Shanghai south area, the "Shanghai Nine Trees Philharmonic Orchestra" established by Shanghai HAIGUO Culture (Group) Co., was quietly born in the melody of the sound of spring. From now on, the international metropolis of Shanghai will welcome another symphony orchestra full of vigor and hope with the famous conductor Maestro Tang Muhai as the artistic director and chief conductor.

Nowadays, according to the needs of the establishment and development of the orchestra, we are recruiting outstanding performers and musicians from all over the world, to gather talents, to show the charm of music and to play the strong voice of China!

Shanghai Nine Trees Philharmonic Orchestra is looking for outstanding musicians from different countries, led by Maestro Tang Muhai as art director and the chief conductor. Under his leadership, hopefully it is going to become an influential symphony orchestra in China in the near future. This energetic and youthful symphony orchestra is carrying a lot of music lovers’ expectations.

Maestro Tang Muhai, international Chinese conductor master, member of the Artist Committee of Nine Trees (Shanghai) Future Art Center, world-renowned Chinese conductor, winner of numerous international awards, who won the American Grammy Award in 2004 and the German "Echo-Klassik" (Classical Echo) Award in 2006, the Italian Oscar International Golden Opera Award in 2017, and the only Chinese musician who won the third German OPUS KLASSIK "Classical Music Award" in 2020.

Basic Requirement

·      Open to applicants from around the world; no restrictions on nationality, region, gender or age

·      Applicants must have a professional music education with a bachelor's degree or above

·      With good health; no criminal record

·      Possess orchestra performance skills and professional orchestra performance experience

·      Can adapt to the working environment of English rehearsal

Online Audition REPERTOIRE:

-One Etude (Moderate or Presto Tempo)

-One Fast Movement (without repeat) selected from a classical Sonata

Total duration: max 10 mins

Audition & Employment

Preliminary audition and results: upon receiving the materials within 3 working days.

All materials including the performing videos will be evaluated by the Committee and Administration team of Nine Trees International Philharmonic Orchestra.

Those who will successfully pass the online audition will be informed through email or phone call .

Live Audition

Applicants who have passed the preliminary round should prepare the following:

a. Solo repertoire: one concerto from requirement list (only first movement exposition with cadenza，the accompanist is not required or applicants can bring their own piano accompanist)

b. Orchestra Excerpts

(The solo requirement and the orchestra excerpts can be download at the Shanghai Nine Tree Philharmonic’s website)

с. Sight-reading (available on the day of live audition)

Please take the following with you for the live audition: originals and photocopies of ID card/passport, diploma, academic degree certificate, award certificate and other credentials, as well as two passport size photos (the aforesaid photos and photocopies will not be returned).
