The average life expectancy for men in Israel is over 81 years, in contrast to the OECD average of 77.7 and a world average of 68.8 years. Considering other variables that influence longevity – including wealth and education levels, the health system and the country’s general demographic profile – the Israeli advantage is large and increasing. Based on a study of 130 countries, found that military service added more than 3 years to male life expectancy.

The ministers and delegates will learn about agricultural technology produced in Israel, with an emphasis on dealing with arid climatic conditions.

State saving accounts for children

Under the "Saving Plan for Every Child" program, the state will deposit 50 shekels ($13) each month in a special savings account under the child's name plus a 500 bonus at the age of 18. Parents will be able to deposit another 50 shekels per month from the child allowance they receive from the State, if they wish. The state will make the first deposit in January, and will also retroactively deposit for the period between May 2015 to December 2016. "It means the state will guarantee that every child will have at least 20,000 shekels [~$5,200] when they spread their wings."
