习近平指出，中以建交以来，两国人民友谊日益深化，双边关系取得长足发展。2017年两国建立创新全面伙伴关系以来，各领域交流合作富有成果，为两国人民带来实实在在的利益。我高度重视中以关系发展，愿同赫尔佐格总统一道努力，以两国建交30周年为契机，增强政治互信，深化互利共赢合作，扩大人文交流，推动中以创新全面伙伴关系稳定发展，造福两国和两国人民。
赫尔佐格表示，建交30年来，两国交往日益密切，双边关系持续深化。双方在经济、农业、卫生、旅游和文化等领域合作取得丰硕成果，惠及两国人民。我高度重视以中创新全面伙伴关系，期待任内进一步促进以中关系发展。
同日，国务院总理李克强同以色列总理本内特互致贺电。李克强表示，近年来，中以双方开展了富有成效的创新合作，实现了互利共赢。中方愿同以方共同努力，秉持合作共赢精神，增强政治互信，进一步提升两国各领域务实合作水平，推动中以关系取得更大发展。
本内特表示，建交30年来，特别是两国建立创新全面伙伴关系5年来，双边合作全面发展。我坚信，未来以中合作将继续深化，更好造福两国人民。

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, January 24. On January 24, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Israeli President Herzog exchanged congratulatory messages to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Xi Jinping pointed out that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Israel, the friendship between the two peoples has been deepening day by day, and bilateral relations have achieved substantial development.
Since the establishment of the innovative comprehensive partnership between the two countries in 2017, the exchanges and cooperation in various fields have been fruitful, bringing tangible benefits to the two peoples.
I attach great importance to the development of China-Israel relations and am willing to work with President Herzog to take the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries as an opportunity to enhance political mutual trust, deepen mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation, expand people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and promote the stable development of China-Israel innovative comprehensive partnership, to benefit the two countries and the two peoples.
Herzog said that since the establishment of diplomatic relations 30 years ago, the exchanges between the two countries have become increasingly close, and bilateral relations have continued to deepen.
The two sides have achieved fruitful results in cooperation in the fields of economy, agriculture, health, tourism and culture, benefiting the two peoples.
I attach great importance to the innovative comprehensive partnership between Israel and China, and look forward to further promoting the development of Israel-China relations during my tenure.
On the same day, Premier Li Keqiang and Israeli Prime Minister Bennett exchanged congratulatory messages.
Li Keqiang expressed that in recent years, China and Israel have carried out fruitful innovative cooperation and achieved mutual benefit and win-win results.
China is willing to make joint efforts with Israel, uphold the spirit of win-win cooperation, enhance political mutual trust, further enhance the level of practical cooperation between the two countries in various fields, and promote China-Israel relations for greater development.
Bennett said that since the establishment of diplomatic relations 30 years ago, especially the five years since the establishment of the innovative comprehensive partnership between the two countries, bilateral cooperation has developed in an all-round way.
I firmly believe that the cooperation between Israel and China will continue to deepen in the future to better benefit the two peoples.
