Lumieres Lights Up Hong Kong

And that’s a wrap! The inaugural Lumieres Hong Kong - the city’s first international light festival - came to an end on November 25th. 

As the proud Official Events and Production Agency, we helped Hong Kong to promote its heritage, culture, and uniqueness and invited locals and tourists alike to rediscover the city through an artistic and interactive encounter.

Organized by the Association Culturelle France Hong Kong and inspired and in partnership with the mega Fête des Lumières de Lyon (France), the 3-day event was a lighting extravaganza featuring light installations, video projection and art pieces from local and international light artists. 

Buildings in the central areas became the canvas for artists to express their vision of the city’s very own culture.

Lumieres illuminated Hong Kong with an aspiring array of stunning visual displays, and a breath-taking multi-sensory experience projected across the city’s most iconic landmarks including the Hong Kong City Hall, Statue Square, Charter Garden, Former French Mission Building, Man Mo Temple, and many more.

The event brought out the city’s charm and beauty and offered platform for local artists to showcase their talents and encourages artistic exchanges by engaging international artists.
