在经历了漫长的新冠病毒疫情的冬天后，没顶画廊于2020年4月12日推出重新开放后的首次展览：艺术家丁力个展 “4月12日，龙腾大道2879号106”。此次展览是丁力在画廊的第二场个展。画廊空间以展览的方式再现丁力的工作室与工作状态，一同呈现的还有艺术家的全新肖像系列与该系列的创作过程。丁力将持续在画廊空间进行创作至5月30日。

After a long winter with the challenging situation of COVID-19, MadeIn Gallery is pleased to present on April 12th 2020 its first exhibition after re-opening to public: a solo exhibition by Ding Li, titled “April 12th, No. 106, 2879 Longteng Avenue”. The exhibition marks the second solo show of the artist in MadeIn Gallery. In the form of an exhibition, the gallery recreates Ding Li’s studio and present his working condition, along with the new portrait series by the artist and its process of creation. Ding Li will continue to work on his portrait series in the gallery space, till the closing of the exhibition on May 30th 2020.

关于艺术家

丁力1979年生于上海，2008年硕士毕业于法国巴黎国立美术学院(École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-arts de Paris)，现工作生活于上海。丁力的作品基于对架上作品的反复实验，以最终明确自身对绘画的纯粹表达。他关注基于媒材特性的绘画探索，通过对油画颜料、喷漆、画笔与画框的重构呈现全新的视觉语言。

Ding Li was born in 1979 in Shanghai, and graduated with a MA from the Oil Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris, France (École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-arts de Paris). The works of Ding Li are based on repeated experiments with the aim of defining a pure expression of his own in this media. His practice focuses on the exploration of painting developed from materials characteristics and presents a new visual language through the reconstruction of oil paints, spray paints, brushes and frames.
