5. raise (vt.) 举起、升起、饲养、筹集等 raise money
e.g. Please raise your hand before you want toanswer my question.
rise (vi.) 太阳的升起，河水的上涨、价格的上升等，
e.g. The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
6. direct v. 导演，指导，指示—directly adj. 直接的
director n. 导演 Zhang Yimo is a famousdirector.
direction n. 方向 look at the direction.
7. in the same way 以相同的方式-----in the different way 以不同的方式
8. the answer to… “…问题的答案”类似的用法有：the key to …
the way to （此时to 表示所属关系，相当于”的”）

9. do some research(不可数名词) 做研究，做调查

9. Watching a great movie while eating popcornis a wonderful thing.(动词ing.做主语，谓语动词用单三) 边看精彩的电影边吃爆米花是一件多么美妙的事情。
10. 提建议的句子：

Lesson 33 The Fisherman and the Goldfish(I)
1. wife (可数名词) 变复数：将fe 变ves.----hunsband 丈夫
以 f 或 fe 结尾的可数名词变复数,将 f 或 fe 变ves。这样的单词还有：shelf –shelves(架子) thief –thieves(小偷) wolf –wolves(狼) self—selves(自己) half—halves(半) knife—knives(刀) life—lives(生命)
leaf—leaves（叶子）
记忆口诀： 妻子(wife)持刀(knife)去宰狼(wolf）,小偷(thief）吓得发了慌，躲在架（shelf）保己(self)命(life)，半(half)片树叶(leaf)遮目光。
2. wear (状态) 穿、戴
put on (动作) 穿上、戴上
be in + 颜色 ，穿的状态
get dressed/be dressed/dress oneself 给自己穿…
have on（状态） 穿着，戴着
3. lead a …life 过着… 的生活
They lead arich life. 他们过着富裕的生活。
3. pull out 拔出、抽出
pull over 把车开到另一边
open up 打开，开发
4. jump out of … 从…. 跳出
5. whatever 无论什么，不管什么 （引导让步状语从句）
Whatever you do , slowdown and take your time.不管怎样，你要放慢速度，不要着急。
6. wish for 想得到，渴望
what do you want to wishfor?
7. it’s time to do sth. (该到干…的时候了)
it’s time for sb. to dosth.(该到某人干…的时候了)
8. else 其他的，别的 通常用于 疑问词或不定代词之后。
What else？还有什么？ = Anything else?
9. be mad at sb.=be angry with sb. 生… 的气

1. enter =come/go into 进入
2. how stupid you are !
1) 以how 引导的感叹句：
How +adj./adv. + S(主语)+V(谓语)！ How careful he is!
How + adj./adv.+a/an+ n.(可数名词的单数)+S(主语)+V(谓语)！
How beautiful a girl sheis!
How time flies!
2) 以what 引导的感叹句：
What +a/an+ adj./adv.+可数名词的单数+S(主语)+V(谓语)!
What a pretty lady she is!
What+ adj./adv.+可数名词的复数+S(主语)+V(谓语)!
What colorful sweaters they are!
What +adj.+不可数名词+S(主语)+V(谓语)!
Whatgood news it is!
3) 有时感叹句可以用一个词或词组构成：
Wonderful！ Good idea!
4. at once=right now=immediately 立刻，马上
5. go off 灯熄灭，停止运转
6. Could you please do sth.? 请你做…好吗？
Could you please close thewindow?
7. among 在…中间，（三者或三者以上）
between 两者之间---- between…and…
8. serve（v.）sb. 为…服务---- server 服务生
9. take away 带走，拿走
10. succeed in doing sth. 在….去得成功
lesson 35 Theatres Are Fun!
1. look like 形容外貌的像 She looks like her mother.
belike 形容性格的像
2. but 不能与although /though 连用 表示: 但是
3. can’t wait to do sth. 迫不及待的干… can’t help doing sth.情不自禁的做…
4. in order to do sth. 为了干…=so that +从句 为了，以便
lesson 36 Making Play Is Fun!
1. get to know 渐渐地知道
2. fight –fought –fought fightfor 为… 而战
fight with sb.
